Kasus seringnya jerawat muncul dan tenggelam harus dilakukan dengan memperbaiki pola hidup. Bisa jadi selama ini kalian kurang memperhatikan pola hidup dan menjaga makanan yang dikonsumsi.
“Yang punya jerawat on-off terus, padahal sudah pakai produk jerawat. Yuk mulai berbenah pola hidup dan jaga makannya,” ungkap dokter Kamila.
Dokter Kamila meminta jangan hanya mengandalkan produk-produk untuk perawatan tersebut. Sebab produk-produk tersebut hanya bisa menghilangkan jerawat yang ada di wajah.
Menggunakan poduk penghilang jerawat tanpa adanya pola hidup dan makan yang benar masih bisa menyebabkan kembali munculnya jerawat. Jerawat akan muncul lagi karena pola makan yang salah.
Seperti makan-makanan mengandung gula tinggi, lemak, hingga istirahat yang berantakan. “Misalnya minum-minuman yang punya gula tinggi, junk food, goreng-gorengan itu yang bikin jerawat on mulu,” imbuh dokter Kamila.
