1. Bakso Bakar Trowulan

Kedai Bakso Bakar Trowulan menjadi salah satu kedai populer di Malang. Lokasinya berada di Jalan Trowulan 65, Kota Malang.

Uniknya, bakso bakar ini disajikan sebanyak 15 butir dengan tusuk bambu. Bumbu saus panggangnya pun terasa istimewa saat disantap. Ukurannya yang panjang terlihat sangat menggoda.

2. Bakso Bakar Pak Man

Bakso bakar Pak Man berlokasi di Jalan Diponegoro Nomor 19, Kecamatan Klojen, Kota Malang dan di Jalan Soekarno Hatta No.2, Mojolangu, Kec. Lowokwaru, Kota Malang. Warung ini sangat legendaris karena sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1965.

Gurihnya bumbu bakso bakar Pak Man akan terasa saat disantap. Bagi penyuka pedas, bisa meminta tambahan sambal. Pembeli juga bebas menambah bihun. Harga bakso bakar Pak Man dibanderol Rp 45 ribu per 15 biji bakso.

3. Bakso President

Bakso ini sudah ada sejak 70-an. Nggak heran namanya sudah melekat dengan Kota Malang, seolah sudah satu paket. Umurnya yang 50 tahunan itu membuat Bakso President tetap eksis. Entah berapa banyak orang besar, orang terkenal yang datang ke sana.

Bakso di Jalan Batanghari No. 5, Rampal Celaket, Klojen, Kota Malang, Jawa Timur rupanya juga memiliki menu bakso bakar. Untuk menikmati bakso bakar pertusuknya Rp 20 ribu.  

4. Bakso Bakar Bambu Wulung

Sesuai namanya kedai ini berada di wilayah Junrejo, Kecamatan Dau, Malang. Bakso bakarnya istimewa karena ditusuk dengan bambu kuning dan diberi bumbu khusus. 

Dalam satu tusuk, terdapat lima buah bakso. Sehingga dalam satu porsi, tersaji satu tusuk sate bakso bakar lengkap dengan pangsit goreng, siomay hingga tahu goreng. Harganya cukup murah yaitu Rp 12.500.

5. Bakso Bang Disko

Salah satu kuliner hits perbaksoan 2024 ini adalah bakso Bang Disko. Rupanya pemilik bakso ini adalah jebolan Master Chef King Abdi. Ada beragam menu bakso yang menggugah selera di Bang Disko. Di antaranya bakso, gorengan, ceker tulang hingga iga. 

Selain itu ada juga menu baru di Bakso Bang Disko yakni bakso bakar. Bakso bakar disini beda dari yang lain, karena ukurannya besar, dibakar dan disiram bumbu sebanyak dua kali. Bakso di Jalan Ikan Tombro, Nomor 07, Tunjungsekar, Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Kota Malang ini buka mulai pukul 11.00-01.00 WIB.
