JATIMTIMES - Jamur merupakan salah satu organisme yang memiliki beragam jenis di dunia ini. Beberapa jenis jamur bisa dimakan, namun ada juga yang beracun dan berbahaya. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk berhati-hati ketika berada di alam terbuka, terutama di hutan, dan tidak sembarangan mengonsumsi jamur yang ditemukan. 

Jamur dikenal sebagai makhluk pengurai atau saprofit, yang biasanya tumbuh di atas tanah atau kayu lapuk. Di sisi lain, jamur juga bisa diolah menjadi berbagai jenis masakan yang lezat dan bergizi. Namun, menurut Heri Santoso, seorang botanist, identifikasi jamur tidaklah mudah.

"Identifikasi jamur cukup rumit, dan beberapa jenis di antaranya beracun." Oleh sebab itu, jika sedang berburu jamur di hutan, disarankan untuk meminta bantuan warga lokal yang lebih mengenal jenis-jenis jamur yang aman dikonsumsi. 

Heri Santoso, yang aktif membagikan pengetahuan tentang jamur liar melalui akun TikTok-nya, @herisants, juga membagikan daftar jamur liar yang aman dan bisa dikonsumsi. Berikut ini adalah beberapa jenis jamur edibel yang pernah dikonsumsi dan aman menurutnya: 

1. Jamur Kuping Biasa (Auricularia auricula-judae)

Jamur kuping biasa ini sudah banyak dibudidayakan, bahkan dalam skala rumahan, dan sering dijual di pasar-pasar tradisional. 

2. Jamur Kuping Hitam (Auricularia nigricans)

Jamur ini banyak dibudidayakan di China, namun di Indonesia lebih sering diperoleh dari alam. 

3. Jamur Kuping Merah (Auricularia delicata)

Jenis ini biasanya tumbuh di hutan pegunungan dan sering dijual di pasar setelah dipanen. 

4. Jamur Lot (Lentinus spp.)

Jenis jamur ini cukup umum ditemui di hutan dan dapat diolah menjadi berbagai hidangan.
