PLN UPJ Blitar Hadirkan Dua SPKLU, Dorong Transisi Kendaraan Listrik di Tengah Kota

JATIMTIMES - Blitar mulai menegaskan posisinya dalam era transisi energi dengan kehadiran dua Stasiun Pengisian Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPKLU) yang dibangun oleh PT PLN (Persero) UPJ Blitar. Terletak di halaman kantor PLN UPJ Blitar, masing-masing SPKLU memiliki daya 22 kWh dan 50 kWh. Langkah ini diharapkan menjadi solusi untuk kebutuhan pengisian daya kendaraan listrik yang terus meningkat.

Kepala UPT PLN (Persero) UPJ Blitar, Ocgik Wahyu, menjelaskan bahwa pembangunan SPKLU ini telah direncanakan sejak akhir 2023, namun baru terealisasi pada awal Desember 2024, menjelang musim liburan Natal dan Tahun Baru (Nataru). Menurutnya, momen tersebut sangat strategis mengingat banyaknya pengemudi kendaraan listrik yang melintasi Blitar selama musim liburan.

"Rencana ini sebenarnya sudah ada sejak tahun lalu, tetapi baru selesai Desember kemarin. Momen Nataru memang pas untuk memulai operasional," katanya pada Sabtu (18/01/2025). 

Dalam pengamatan Ocgik, keberadaan SPKLU mulai menarik perhatian. Ia mencatat rata-rata tiga hingga empat pengguna per minggu. Peningkatan penggunaan terjadi signifikan selama libur Nataru 2024/2025, dengan mayoritas pengguna berasal dari Jakarta. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan infrastruktur pendukung kendaraan listrik semakin relevan di Blitar. "Kemarin waktu liburan Natal dan Tahun Baru itu banyak sekali yang pakai, terutama pemudik dari Jakarta," ungkapnya.

Ocgik juga optimistis bahwa SPKLU akan memberikan kontribusi pada pendapatan PT PLN (Persero). Ia menyebut bahwa pelanggan PLN kini tak hanya terbatas pada kebutuhan rumah tangga, tetapi juga pengguna kendaraan listrik. "Kehadiran SPKLU ini membuka peluang baru bagi PLN, tidak hanya melayani rumah tangga tetapi juga sektor transportasi," jelasnya.

Untuk mendukung operasional SPKLU, PLN menerapkan mekanisme pengisian berbasis teknologi digital. Pengguna cukup mengunduh aplikasi Pay Mobile dan memilih menu TAFT-IN untuk melakukan pengisian daya kendaraan secara mandiri. Sistem pembayaran tersedia dalam dua opsi, yaitu tunai dan non-tunai, sehingga memudahkan berbagai kalangan masyarakat.

Metode ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman yang nyaman dan modern bagi pengguna kendaraan listrik. Pengemudi hanya perlu mengikuti langkah-langkah dalam aplikasi untuk mengakses layanan pengisian daya. Dengan begitu, PLN memastikan bahwa fasilitas ini dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh masyarakat umum maupun pemudik.

Pembangunan SPKLU di Blitar merupakan bagian dari upaya PLN untuk mendukung percepatan transisi energi di Indonesia. Langkah ini sejalan dengan tren global menuju penggunaan energi bersih dan terbarukan. Ocgik percaya bahwa kehadiran SPKLU akan memberikan dampak positif jangka panjang, baik dalam mendukung mobilitas masyarakat maupun mengurangi ketergantungan pada bahan bakar fosil.

Selain itu, kehadiran SPKLU juga diharapkan mendorong masyarakat Blitar untuk mulai beralih ke kendaraan listrik. Menurut Ocgik, infrastruktur pendukung seperti ini menjadi kunci dalam mengubah perilaku masyarakat menuju gaya hidup yang lebih ramah lingkungan.

Kehadiran dua SPKLU ini menunjukkan keseriusan PLN dalam membangun infrastruktur energi yang berkelanjutan. Dengan semakin banyaknya masyarakat yang beralih ke kendaraan listrik, inisiatif seperti ini menjadi langkah penting untuk mewujudkan masa depan transportasi yang lebih hijau dan efisien. "Kami akan terus mengembangkan layanan ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan tren kendaraan listrik yang terus meningkat," tutup Ocgik.
