Mark NCT Resmi Keluar dari SM Entertainment dan Semua Unit NCT

JATIMTIMES - Kabar mengejutkan datang dari dunia K-pop. NCT resmi ditinggal salah satu member andalannya, Mark Lee. Tak hanya keluar dari grup, Mark juga dipastikan berpisah dengan SM Entertainment setelah hampir satu dekade bersama.

Dilansir Soompi, Sabtu (3/4/2026), SM Entertainment mengumumkan bahwa kontrak eksklusif Mark akan resmi berakhir pada 8 April 2026. Keputusan ini diambil setelah diskusi panjang antara kedua belah pihak mengenai arah karier ke depan.

“Kami ingin menyampaikan rasa terima kasih yang tulus kepada para penggemar yang selalu memberikan dukungan penuh kepada NCT.” demikian pernyataan resminya SM Entertainment. 

Pihak agensi juga menjelaskan bahwa keputusan ini bukan diambil secara mendadak. “Setelah melalui diskusi yang panjang dan mendalam dengan Mark mengenai arah aktivitasnya di masa depan, kami sepakat untuk mengakhiri kontrak eksklusif per 8 April.” imbuhnya. 

Dengan keputusan tersebut, Mark dipastikan menghentikan seluruh aktivitas bersama NCT, termasuk NCT 127 dan NCT DREAM. 

Untuk diketahui, Mark debut sebagai member NCT pada 2016 dan menjadi salah satu wajah paling dikenal dalam grup tersebut. Selama hampir 10 tahun, ia dikenal aktif di berbagai unit, mulai dari NCT, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, hingga proyek solo. 

SM Entertainment turut menyoroti kontribusi besar Mark selama ini. “Sejak debut bersama NCT pada 2016, Mark telah menunjukkan kemampuan luar biasa, tidak hanya dalam promosi grup tetapi juga sebagai artis solo.” keterangan resmi SM Entertainment. 

“Kami berterima kasih atas waktu berharga yang telah kami lalui bersama, dan kami dengan tulus mendukung langkah baru Mark ke depannya.” imbuh SM Entertainment. 
 
Pernyataan ini langsung membuat banyak penggemar, khususnya NCTzen, terkejut karena Mark selama ini dianggap sebagai salah satu pilar utama grup. Nama Mark NCT pun menjadi trending dalam penelusuran Google hingga Sabtu (3/4/2026) siang.

Meski Mark keluar, aktivitas grup tetap akan berjalan. SM memastikan NCT 127 akan melanjutkan promosi dengan tujuh member, yakni Johnny Suh, Taeyong, Yuta Nakamoto, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, dan Haechan. 

Sementara NCT DREAM akan melanjutkan aktivitas dengan enam member, yakni Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, dan Jisung. 

SM juga mengungkapkan akan tetap memberikan dukungan penuh kepada member-member NCT yang tersisa. “Kami akan terus memberikan dukungan penuh untuk aktivitas para member NCT dan melakukan yang terbaik untuk para penggemar yang terus mencintai NCT.” tutup SM Entertainment.
