Syekh Ahmad Al Misry Ditetapkan Tersangka, Ini Sejumlah TKP Dugaan Pelecehan Seksual

JATIMTIMES - Kasus dugaan pelecehan seksual yang menyeret nama pendakwah Syekh Ahmad Al Misry memasuki babak baru. Bareskrim Polri resmi menetapkan pria yang sebelumnya dilaporkan sebagai Ustadz SAM itu sebagai tersangka.

Penetapan ini disampaikan langsung oleh Kepala Biro Penerangan Masyarakat (Karopenmas) Divisi Humas Polri, Brigjen Pol. Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko. Ia menjelaskan keputusan tersebut diambil setelah penyidik melakukan rangkaian proses penyidikan.

“Berdasarkan pelaksanaan gelar perkara, penyidik telah menetapkan saudara SAM sebagai tersangka,” kata Trunoyudo dikutip Antara, Jumat (24/4/2026). 

Ia menambahkan, langkah ini dilakukan sebagai bagian dari upaya memberikan perlindungan kepada para korban. Namun, pihak kepolisian belum merinci lebih jauh terkait detail penetapan tersangka tersebut.

Kasus ini sendiri bermula dari laporan yang masuk ke Bareskrim Polri pada November 2025. SAM dilaporkan atas dugaan pelecehan seksual terhadap lima santri laki-laki.

Kuasa hukum korban, Achmad Cholidin, menyebut para korban mengalami trauma akibat dugaan perbuatan tersebut. Ia juga mengungkap adanya tekanan terhadap korban agar kasus ini tidak berlanjut.

"Ada ancaman, bahkan korban yang ada di Mesir juga untuk tidak membuka perkara ini semuanya. Ada juga mencoba memberikan dana supaya ini tidak berlanjut, baik oleh terduga ataupun utusannya," katanya.

Sementara itu, saksi bernama Ustadz Abi Makki mengungkap dugaan pelecehan ini bukan kali pertama terjadi. Ia menyebut, kasus serupa sudah pernah muncul pada 2021.

Saat itu, para korban bersama sejumlah guru dan tokoh agama sempat melakukan tabayyun. Dalam proses tersebut, SAM disebut telah menyampaikan permintaan maaf dan berjanji tidak mengulangi perbuatannya.

Namun, pada 2025, dugaan serupa kembali mencuat setelah ada pengakuan dari santri. Kondisi itu yang kemudian mendorong para pihak melaporkan kasus ini ke kepolisian.

Perkembangan kasus ini juga sempat dibahas dalam rapat tertutup Komisi III DPR RI pada 2 April 2026 bersama kepolisian, Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban (LPSK), serta perwakilan keluarga korban.

Direktur PPA-PPO Bareskrim Polri, Brigjen Pol. Nurul Azizah, mengungkap bahwa dugaan tindak pidana terjadi di beberapa lokasi.

“Jadi, beberapa tempat terjadinya ada di TKP-nya ada di Purbalingga, ada di Sukabumi, ada di Jakarta, ada di Bandung, dan di Mesir,” katanya.

Meski demikian, ia belum merinci lebih lanjut mengenai kronologi di masing-masing lokasi.

Merujuk data perlintasan, Nurul menyebutkan bahwa Ahmad Al Misry saat ini berada di luar negeri, yakni di Mesir. Situasi tersebut menjadi salah satu pertimbangan penyidik dalam menentukan langkah berikutnya.

“Kita tentu lakukan langkah-langkah sesuai dengan SOP-nya,” ujar jenderal polisi wanita (polwan) bintang satu itu.

Adapun dalam kasus ini, Syekh Ahmad Al Misry dijerat Pasal 415 jo 417 KUHP dan Pas 6 huruf b, Undang-Undangg Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual (TPKS).
