JATIMTIMES - Sengketa transaksi properti di Perumahan Garuda Sari Kencana (Villatel Jagaddita), Pesanggrahan, Kota Batu, memasuki babak baru. Kantor Hukum Didik Lestariyono and Associates melayangkan somasi terbuka kepada PT Garuda Singhasari Pratama.
Somasi tersebut juga ditujukan kepada pimpinan perusahaan, Damar Genta Bumi dan Arif Furnawan. Langkah ini diambil atas kuasa dari klien mereka, Cahyaning Dewi Kartikasari atau yang dikenal sebagai Ibu Debora.

Kuasa hukum Didik Lestariyono menyatakan, kliennya telah melunasi pembelian satu unit properti senilai Rp1,065 miliar. Unit tersebut berada di Villa Blok A4 kawasan perumahan tersebut.
Namun demikian, menurut Didik, hingga saat ini dokumen Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM) atas unit tersebut belum diserahkan kepada kliennya. Ia juga menyebut proses balik nama yang dijanjikan sebelumnya belum terealisasi.
“Klien kami sudah memenuhi kewajiban pembayaran. Namun dokumen SHM asli masih belum diterima,” ujar Didik, Selasa (28/4/2026).
Didik menambahkan, pihaknya telah mencoba melakukan komunikasi dengan pengembang. Akan tetapi, menurutnya, upaya tersebut belum membuahkan hasil.
Melalui somasi tertanggal 28 April 2026, pihak kuasa hukum memberikan waktu 4 x 24 jam kepada PT Garuda Singhasari Pratama untuk merespons. Mereka meminta penyerahan dokumen SHM serta penyelesaian administrasi yang berkaitan.
