Jajaran Direksi PTPN 1 Regional 5 saat peringati May Day bersama buruh dan karyawan
JATIMTIMES - Peringatan Hari Buruh Internasional (May Day) di lingkungan PTPN I Regional 5 Kebun Kalisanen Kotta Blater berlangsung dalam suasana penuh kebersamaan dan kepedulian sosial.
Kegiatan yang dikemas secara sederhana namun sarat makna ini dihadiri oleh jajaran pimpinan kebun, sekitar 120 perwakilan pekerja, pengurus Serikat Pekerja Perkebunan (SPBUN) wilayah Kalisanen dan Kotta Blater, serta tokoh masyarakat setempat.

Rangkaian kegiatan diawali dengan senam bersama yang diikuti seluruh peserta dengan antusias. Suasana keakraban semakin terasa melalui pembagian doorprize yang turut mempererat hubungan antara pekerja dan manajemen.
Tidak hanya bersifat seremonial, peringatan May Day juga diisi dengan kegiatan sosial berupa pemberian santunan kepada anak yatim dan lanjut usia. Kegiatan ini menjadi wujud nyata kepedulian perusahaan bersama para pekerja terhadap lingkungan sekitar.
Acara kemudian dilanjutkan dengan doa dan istighosah bersama sebagai ungkapan rasa syukur sekaligus harapan agar keberlangsungan perusahaan serta kesejahteraan pekerja senantiasa terjaga.

Ia juga menyampaikan penghargaan kepada SPBUN yang dinilai berperan aktif dalam mengawal dan memperjuangkan kepentingan pekerja.

“Kami mengapresiasi peran Serikat Pekerja Perkebunan (SPBUN) Kebun Kalisanen Kotta Blater yang senantiasa mendampingi pekerja, sehingga mampu mendorong peningkatan kinerja sekaligus kesejahteraan mereka,” tambahnya.
Tatang menegaskan bahwa kolaborasi antara perusahaan, pekerja, dan serikat pekerja akan terus diperkuat demi mencapai tujuan bersama.
