JATIMTIMES - Keluhan soal tarif parkir kembali mencuat di kawasan Kayutangan Heritage. Seorang wisatawan mengaku harus merogoh kocek hingga Rp 25 ribu hanya untuk parkir, padahal ia merasa tarif tersebut tidak wajar.

Curhatan itu viral setelah dibagikan melalui media sosial oleh akun Threads @malangraya_info. Peristiwa tersebut disebut terjadi pada Sabtu (25/4/2026) saat wisatawan berkunjung ke kawasan wisata populer di Kota Malang itu.

Dalam video yang beredar, wisatawan tersebut datang menggunakan kendaraan roda empat jenis Toyota Hiace. Namun alih-alih mendapatkan karcis parkir resmi, ia justru menerima kwitansi sebagai bukti pembayaran.
Kwitansi tersebut bahkan hanya berisi nominal tarif dan tanda tangan dengan nama terang “Heritage”.

Hal ini memunculkan pertanyaan soal sistem parkir di kawasan tersebut, termasuk apakah ada perbedaan tarif berdasarkan jenis kendaraan.

“Parkir di kawasan Kayutangan Kota Malang, bawa kendaraan Hiace dikenakan tarif parkir Rp 25 ribu. Saya minta karcis resminya malah dikasih kwitansi,” ungkap sang wisatawan dalam keterangan video.

Dalam video yang sama, tampak pula sosok juru parkir yang disebut menarik tarif tersebut. Ia terlihat berambut panjang, mengenakan kaus berwarna biru dan topi.

Keberadaan juru parkir ini pun turut menjadi sorotan warganet, terutama terkait legalitas dan aturan tarif yang diberlakukan di kawasan wisata tersebut.

Kasus ini kembali memantik perhatian publik soal praktik parkir di lokasi wisata. Terlebih, Kota Malang dikenal sebagai salah satu destinasi favorit wisatawan, termasuk kawasan Kayutangan Heritage yang kerap ramai dikunjungi.

Hingga kini belum ada keterangan resmi dari pihak terkait mengenai tarif parkir tersebut, termasuk apakah nominal Rp 25 ribu sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku atau tidak.

Keluhan wisatawan ini pun ramai diperbincangkan di media sosial. Banyak yang mempertanyakan transparansi tarif serta sistem penarikan parkir, terutama ketika bukti pembayaran yang diberikan bukan karcis resmi.

"Malang iki wes mau naik dan rame, lek misal masalah iki gaiso di atasi siap2 ae dadi tempat bukan tujuan wisata," @ardida***.

"Kok voucher parkirnya model kuitansi? Sosialisasi dan implementasi dari dishub ada gak sih?," @suryan*****.

"Aduh kait rame malang. Wis onok model ngene. Sakno sing dodolan nang kono. Nggarai sepi ae," @ynn***.
