JATIMTIMES - Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kota Malang melakukan penertiban perizinan penjualan minuman beralkohol di tiga lokasi berbeda pada Selasa (6/5/2026). Dari hasil sidak tersebut, petugas menemukan satu tempat usaha yang kedapatan menjual minuman beralkohol golongan A tanpa izin lengkap.
Kepala Bidang Penegakan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan Daerah (PPUD) Satpol PP Kota Malang, Denny Surya menjelaskan, lokasi pertama yang didatangi petugas adalah Happiness Water di kawasan Simpang Wilis, Kelurahan Gading Kasri. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan, tempat tersebut hanya mengantongi izin perdagangan eceran minuman beralkohol golongan B dan C.

“Namun di lokasi kami mendapati minuman beralkohol golongan A dipajang di etalase. Karena belum bisa menunjukkan izin golongan A, itu menjadi pelanggaran,” ujar Denny.
Dari lokasi tersebut, Satpol PP mengamankan sebanyak 97 botol minuman beralkohol golongan A sebagai barang bukti. Seluruh barang bukti selanjutnya dibawa untuk kepentingan proses tindak pidana ringan (tipiring) yang dijadwalkan berlangsung pada Rabu, 20 Mei 2026.
Selain Happiness Water, petugas juga mendatangi Tipsy Tale yang berada di Kelurahan Gading Kasri. Dari hasil pemeriksaan, tempat usaha tersebut dinyatakan memiliki legalitas lengkap untuk penjualan minuman beralkohol golongan A, B, dan C.
“Karena seluruh dokumen perizinannya lengkap, kami tidak melakukan penindakan,” jelasnya.
Lokasi terakhir yang diperiksa adalah Coffe Sejahtera di Kelurahan Sawojajar. Denny menyebut, usaha tersebut memiliki Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), Surat Keterangan Penjual (SKP) minuman beralkohol golongan B dan C, serta ITPMB yang sesuai ketentuan.
Petugas juga tidak menemukan adanya penjualan minuman beralkohol golongan A di lokasi tersebut. Karena itu, Satpol PP tidak mengambil tindakan lebih lanjut terhadap tempat usaha tersebut.

Terkait adanya penolakan sebagian warga terhadap keberadaan penjualan minuman beralkohol di kawasan Gading Kasri, Denny menegaskan bahwa Satpol PP bekerja berdasarkan regulasi yang berlaku. Menurutnya, pengawasan dan pengendalian minuman beralkohol di Kota Malang telah diatur dalam Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nomor 4 Tahun 2020.
“Dalam perda tersebut, sanksi dikenakan terhadap pelanggaran terkait kepemilikan izin. Jadi kami bergerak berdasarkan ketentuan yang ada,” katanya.
Ia menambahkan, dari tiga lokasi yang diperiksa, hanya Happiness Water yang ditemukan melakukan pelanggaran izin penjualan minuman beralkohol. Karena itu, kasus tersebut diproses lebih lanjut melalui mekanisme tipiring sesuai ketentuan Perda Nomor 4 Tahun 2020 tentang Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Minuman Beralkohol.
Sementara terkait kemungkinan kebijakan lanjutan dari Pemerintah Kota Malang menyikapi aspirasi warga, Denny menyebut hal tersebut berada di luar kewenangan Satpol PP. “Kami fokus pada penegakan aturan sesuai regulasi yang berlaku,” pungkasnya.
