11 Ribu Nakes Kota Malang Diajukan Jadi Sasaran Vaksin MR Dewasa

JATIMTIMES - Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Kota Malang mendata sekitar 11 ribu tenaga medis (named) dan tenaga kesehatan (nakes) sebagai sasaran vaksinasi campak-rubella (MR) untuk usia dewasa. Data tersebut telah diajukan ke Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur guna memperoleh kuota vaksinasi.

Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Malang, Husnul Muarif mengatakan, pendataan dilakukan menyusul terbitnya izin perluasan indikasi vaksin MR untuk kelompok usia dewasa oleh BPOM pada April 2026 lalu. Program ini juga sejalan dengan target Kementerian Kesehatan yang memprioritaskan vaksinasi bagi tenaga kesehatan.

“Kami sudah mendata teman-teman named dan nakes yang terutama berada di lingkup Pemerintah Kota Malang dulu,” ujar Husnul.

Selain itu, Dinkes Kota Malang juga menyiapkan fasilitas kesehatan (faskes) yang nantinya menjadi lokasi pelaksanaan vaksinasi.

“Insyaallah kami sudah mendata sekitar 11.000-an untuk nakes dan named. Itu nanti yang kami ajukan kepada Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur untuk mendapatkan kuota vaksinasi campak untuk dewasa khususnya tenaga kesehatan,” jelasnya.

Husnul menerangkan, jumlah tersebut mencakup tenaga kesehatan dari berbagai fasilitas layanan kesehatan di Kota Malang. Mulai dari RSUD, 16 puskesmas, Dinkes Kota Malang, Laboratorium Kesehatan Daerah (Labkesda), hingga 28 rumah sakit di Kota Malang.

“Kalau dijumlah semuanya sekitar 11 ribuan,” katanya.

Terkait pelaksanaan vaksinasi, Husnul menyebut saat ini pihaknya masih menunggu dropping vaksin dari Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Timur.

“Kami sudah mengajukan. Tinggal menunggu dropping dari Dinkes Provinsi Jatim,” ungkapnya.

Setelah vaksin diterima, distribusi akan dilakukan ke masing-masing fasilitas kesehatan untuk pelaksanaan vaksinasi mandiri.

“Dari situ akan kami dropping lagi ke faskes. Sehingga masing-masing faskes nanti yang akan melakukan vaksinasi sendiri,” imbuhnya.

Untuk skema vaksinasi, Husnul mengatakan pemberian vaksin MR dewasa tetap dilakukan dalam dua dosis, yakni MR1 dan MR2 seperti pada sasaran anak-anak.
