JATIMTIMES BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Mojokerto bersama Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kabupaten Mojokerto menyelenggarakan kegiatan Rapat Koordinasi Peningkatan Kepatuhan Penyelenggaraan Program Jaminan Sosial di Kabupaten Mojokerto Tahun 2026 pada Selasa (12/5/2026). Kegiatan ini menjadi momentum penting dalam memperkuat sinergi dan komitmen bersama antar instansi guna meningkatkan kepatuhan pemberi kerja terhadap pelaksanaan program jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan.
Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri oleh jajaran BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Mojokerto dan Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Mojokerto sebagai bentuk nyata kolaborasi strategis dalam mendukung perlindungan pekerja melalui penegakan kepatuhan program Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan. Dalam kesempatan tersebut juga dilakukan penyerahan Surat Kuasa Khusus (SKK) kerja sama kepada Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Mojokerto sebagai tindak lanjut penanganan badan usaha yang belum patuh terhadap penyelenggaraan Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan di Kabupaten Mojokerto.

Saat ini tercatat sebanyak 38 Pemberi Kerja/Badan Usaha (PKBU) manunggak iuran pembayaran iuran BPJS Ketenagakerjaan yang akan dilakukan kerjasama dengan Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Mojokerto. Upaya ini dilakukan untuk memastikan hak-hak pekerja tetap terlindungi dan perusahaan dapat memenuhi kewajibannya sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
Kolaborasi yang telah terjalin antara BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Mojokerto menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Sepanjang tahun 2025, melalui pendampingan dan penegakan kepatuhan berbasis SKK, berhasil terealisasi sebanyak 33 PKBU dari 34 PKBU menunggak iuran yang ditangani oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Mojokerto menjadi Patuh Program Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan. Capaian tersebut menjadi bukti bahwa sinergi lintas sektor mampu memberikan dampak nyata dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan badan usaha terhadap program jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan.
Kepala BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Mojokerto, Imam Haryono Safii menyampaikan bahwa perlindungan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan merupakan hak dasar pekerja yang perlu didukung bersama oleh seluruh pihak.
“Sinergi bersama Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Mojokerto ini merupakan bentuk komitmen kami dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pemberi kerja terhadap kewajiban program jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan. Dengan adanya kolaborasi ini, kami berharap semakin banyak pekerja yang terlindungi sehingga tercipta rasa aman dan kesejahteraan bagi tenaga kerja maupun keluarganya,” ujar Imam.
Ia menambahkan bahwa BPJS Ketenagakerjaan akan terus mengedepankan pendekatan persuasif, edukatif, dan kolaboratif kepada badan usaha agar kepatuhan terhadap program jaminan sosial dapat terus meningkat secara berkelanjutan.

“Melalui koordinasi dan evaluasi secara berkala, kami berharap perusahaan semakin memahami pentingnya perlindungan tenaga kerja. Kepatuhan terhadap program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan bukan hanya kewajiban administratif, namun juga bentuk tanggung jawab perusahaan dalam memberikan perlindungan dan kepastian bagi para pekerjanya,” tambahnya.
Melalui kegiatan rapat koordinasi ini, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Mojokerto berharap hubungan koordinatif bersama Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Mojokerto semakin kuat dalam mendukung terciptanya ekosistem ketenagakerjaan yang tertib, patuh, dan berkelanjutan.
Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesadaran badan usaha akan pentingnya program jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan sebagai bagian dari upaya menciptakan perlindungan menyeluruh bagi pekerja di Kabupaten Mojokerto.
