JATIMTIMES - Pemerintah Kota Malang memastikan Surat Keputusan (SK) penerapan Manajemen Talenta dari Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) telah turun. Dengan terbitnya SK tersebut, peluang pelaksanaan mutasi dan promosi jabatan ASN di lingkungan Pemkot Malang dalam waktu dekat pun semakin terbuka.

Kepala BKPSDM Kota Malang, Hendru Martono menjelaskan, manajemen talenta bukan sekadar aplikasi penilaian ASN, melainkan sistem yang digunakan untuk memetakan kinerja dan potensi pegawai sebagai dasar promosi jabatan. “Manajemen Talenta ini bukan hanya terkait aplikasi. Aplikasi ini menjadi media yang membantu memproses kinerja dan potensial di setiap ASN,” ujar Hendru.

Menurutnya, dalam penerapan sistem tersebut telah dibentuk Tim Komite Manajemen Talenta yang bertugas memberikan pertimbangan kepada Wali Kota Malang selaku Pejabat Pembina Kepegawaian (PPK).

“Ini hampir sama dengan tim penilai kinerja. Mereka yang nanti akan memberikan pertimbangan kepada Wali Kota, mana saja ASN yang bisa menduduki jabatan,” jelasnya.

Hendru menyebut, ASN yang berpeluang mendapat promosi jabatan adalah mereka yang masuk kategori box 7, 8, dan 9 dalam pemetaan manajemen talenta. “Yang bisa menduduki jabatan atau promosi ini mereka yang masuk di box 7, 8, 9,” tegasnya.

Ia menambahkan, Tim Komite Manajemen Talenta sebenarnya sudah terbentuk sejak ekspose yang dilakukan pada April lalu. Sesuai ketentuan, tim tersebut berasal dari unsur ASN Pemerintah Kota Malang. “Tim ini nanti bekerja untuk memberikan pertimbangan ke Pak Wali Kota,” imbuhnya.

Saat ditanya kemungkinan mutasi pejabat dilakukan pada Mei 2026, Hendru menyebut hal itu sangat memungkinkan. “Sangat memungkinkan,” katanya singkat.

Selain itu, Hendru juga menyinggung kekosongan jabatan Kepala Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kota Malang setelah pejabat sebelumnya resmi menjadi Sekretaris Daerah Kota Semarang. Ia berharap Wali Kota Malang segera menunjuk pelaksana tugas (Plt). “Mudah-mudahan Pak Wali sudah bisa menyampaikan terkait siapa yang ditunjuk sebagai Plt,” ujarnya.
