JATIMTIMES Ratu Sofya akhirnya buka suara terkait kabar yang menyebut dirinya melayangkan somasi kepada orang tua kandung sendiri karena persoalan honor film . Isu tersebut ramai diperbincangkan publik usai konflik antara Ratu Sofya dan rumah produksi HAS Pictures mencuat ke permukaan.
Polemik itu berkaitan dengan film Dosa yang diproduseri oleh Irish Bella bersama HAS Pictures. Sebelumnya, pihak rumah produksi disebut menilai Ratu Sofya tidak profesional karena tidak mengikuti agenda promosi film. Bahkan, somasi juga dikabarkan telah dilayangkan kepada sang aktris. Merasa namanya terus disudutkan, Ratu Sofya akhirnya memilih memberikan klarifikasi secara langsung. Dengan nada tegas, aktris berusia 22 tahun itu membantah keras tudingan yang beredar.
“Tidak ada somasi, saya tidak pernah mensomasi ibu saya. Dan papa saya, saya tidak pernah,” ujar Ratu Sofya saat ditemui di kawasan Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan, Sabtu (23/5/2026).
Kuasa hukum Ratu Sofya, M. Risvan, kemudian menjelaskan bahwa dokumen yang dikirim pihaknya bukanlah surat somasi seperti yang ramai diberitakan. Menurutnya, surat tersebut hanya berupa pernyataan sikap resmi sebagai tanggapan atas langkah hukum yang lebih dulu dilakukan HAS Pictures.
Ia menegaskan, isi surat itu tidak memuat ancaman ataupun konsekuensi hukum yang menjadi unsur utama sebuah somasi.
Pernyataan serupa juga disampaikan kuasa hukum lainnya, Dede Rahmat. Ia mengatakan surat tersebut dikirim kepada ayah Ratu Sofya karena sang ayah merupakan pihak yang menandatangani kontrak kerja sama dengan HAS Pictures sejak awal proyek film berjalan.
“Jadi, kami mengirimkan surat pernyataan dan penegasan, bukan somasi. Jadi, tidak ada somasi sama sekali dari klien kami kepada orangtuanya,” kata Dede Rahmat.
Di sisi lain, tim hukum Ratu Sofya juga menyoroti langkah HAS Pictures yang dinilai membawa persoalan internal ke ruang publik. Mereka menyayangkan adanya konferensi pers yang menyeret ibu kandung Ratu Sofya sehingga memunculkan opini negatif terhadap sang aktris.

Pihak Ratu Sofya menegaskan bahwa artis berusia 22 tahun tersebut tetap bersikap kooperatif dan tidak menolak kewajiban promosi film Dosa. Namun, mereka meminta pihak produksi terlebih dahulu memenuhi hak-hak Ratu Sofya, termasuk pembayaran honor dan fasilitas kerja yang disebut belum diselesaikan sepenuhnya.
Kuasa hukum Ratu Sofya pun meminta seluruh pihak menghentikan penyebaran informasi yang dinilai tidak sesuai fakta. Mereka juga membuka peluang mengambil langkah hukum apabila narasi soal somasi terhadap orang tua terus disebarkan.
“Kami meminta semua pihak yang telah menyebarkan narasi somasi tersebut untuk meralatnya, dan kami tidak menutup kemungkinan menempuh upaya hukum apabila pemberitaan yang merugikan terus berlanjut,” tutup Dede Rahmat.
Di tengah derasnya sorotan publik, Ratu Sofya kini berupaya fokus menyelesaikan persoalan secara profesional sambil menjaga nama baik keluarga. Klarifikasi yang disampaikan juga diharapkan mampu menghentikan berbagai spekulasi liar yang terlanjur berkembang di media sosial.
Hingga saat ini, belum ada tanda bahwa konflik antara Ratu Sofya dan HAS Pictures benar-benar berakhir. Namun publik tentu berharap kedua belah pihak dapat menemukan jalan tengah agar polemik ini tidak semakin memanas dan merugikan semua pihak yang terlibat.
