JATIMTIMES - Seekor sapi berbulu hitam legam berdiri tenang Rumah Potong Hewan (RPH) Kota Malang, Rabu (27/5/2026). Sapi berjenis Angus tersebut berasal dari peternakan Shinchan Farm, Cemorokandang, Kota Malang.
Sapi yang diketahui bernama Blackjack itu dipilih oleh Presiden Prabowo Subianto untuk dijadikan hewan kurban di Kota Malang. Dengan bobor lebih dari satu ton, sapi tersebut nampak gagah dan cukup berbeda dari sapi lainnya.

Dengan usia sekitar empat tahun, Blackjack memiliki berat mencapai 1 ton 76 kilogram. Tak heran jika sapi itu langsung mencuri perhatian siapa pun yang datang melihatnya.
Perwakilan Sinchan Farm, Agus M Arif mengatakan Blackjack berasal dari peternakan Sinchan Farm yang berada di belakang Pasar Temboro. Menurutnya, sapi tersebut merupakan jenis Angus hasil persilangan.
“Dari luar. Persilangan gitu lho. Persilangan-persilangan gitu,” ujar Agus.
Tak hanya ukuran tubuhnya yang mencolok, nilai jual Blackjack juga fantastis. Sapi itu dibeli dengan harga Rp 105 juta untuk kebutuhan kurban Presiden di Kota Malang.
Bagi Sinchan Farm, momen ini bukan yang pertama. Tahun sebelumnya, peternakan tersebut juga dipercaya menyediakan sapi kurban Presiden.
Saat itu, ia melepas sapi jenis Simental dengan bobot sekitar 950 kilogram. Sapi tersebut dipilih sebagai kurban Presiden dengan mahar sebesar Rp75 juta.

“Yang tahun kemarin Simental dengan bobot 950 kilo,” kata Agus.
Kepercayaan dua tahun berturut-turut itu menjadi kebanggaan tersendiri bagi peternakan lokal di Kota Malang tersebut. Agus mengaku selain melayani kebutuhan sapi kurban pejabat, Sinchan Farm juga banyak menerima pembelian hewan kurban dari masyarakat umum.
“Ya, banyak. Dibeli ya, sapi kurban,” tuturnya.
Di balik hiruk pikuk perayaan Iduladha, Blackjack kini bukan sekadar sapi kurban biasa. Dari kandang sederhana di Cemoro Kandang, sapi berbobot lebih dari satu ton itu menjadi bagian dari perhatian nasional melalui bantuan kurban Presiden untuk masyarakat Kota Malang.
