Menurutnya, HJKS ke-733 bukan sekadar perayaan hari lahir Kota Surabaya, tetapi juga menjadi momentum percepatan transformasi digital di tengah masyarakat.
“Melalui program Bayar Cuma Rp733 untuk layanan Suroboyo Bus, Wirawiri Suroboyo, hingga puluhan titik parkir resmi, pemerintah ingin menghadirkan stimulus sekaligus edukasi tentang kemudahan transaksi digital menggunakan QRIS,” ujarnya.
Trio menjelaskan, tarif khusus tersebut hanya berlaku pada 31 Mei 2026 dengan pembayaran menggunakan QRIS di layanan yang telah ditentukan. Untuk transportasi umum, promo dapat digunakan pada armada Suroboyo Bus dan Wirawiri Suroboyo.
Sementara itu, promo parkir Rp733 tersedia di sejumlah Tempat Khusus Parkir (TKP), kawasan parkir tepi jalan umum, hingga layanan valet resmi. Lokasinya antara lain Gedung Balai Pemuda, Convention Hall, Lapangan Hockey, Lapangan Thor, Mangrove Gunung Anyar, Hitech Mall, RSUD Eka Chandrarini, Siola, Taman Harmoni, Taman Prestasi, THP Kenjeran, Wisata Tugu Pahlawan, hingga kawasan park and ride seperti Adityawarman, Arif Rahman Hakim, Genteng Kali, Kertajaya, dan Mayjen Sungkono.

Promo juga berlaku di area Parkir Bus Wisata Religi Ampel, Pasar Karah, Pasar Nambangan, Wisata Taman Bulak, Gedung Wanita Kalibokor, Surabaya Expo Center (SUBEC), Gelora Bung Tomo, serta sejumlah titik parkir tepi jalan umum di Jalan Sedap Malam, Jalan Jimerto, Jalan Taman Bungkul, Jalan Serayu, dan Jalan Progo. Adapun layanan valet tersedia di kawasan Parkir Valet Tunjungan.
“Kami ingin masyarakat merasakan pengalaman layanan publik yang lebih mudah, efisien, dan kekinian. Harapannya, penggunaan QRIS semakin meluas dalam aktivitas sehari-hari warga Surabaya,” jelasnya.
Melalui program bertajuk “Ayo Nggawae QRIS”, Pemkot Surabaya berharap masyarakat semakin antusias memanfaatkan transportasi umum sekaligus mendukung ekosistem kota cerdas berbasis digital. Perayaan HJKS ke-733 pun diharapkan tidak hanya menghadirkan kemeriahan, tetapi juga memperkuat transformasi layanan publik yang modern dan ramah masyarakat.
“Program ini bukan hanya bentuk apresiasi kepada masyarakat dalam momentum HJKS, tetapi juga bagian dari edukasi penggunaan pembayaran digital di sektor transportasi dan parkir,” pungkasnya. (*)
