JATIMTIMES - Tidak ada yang mencurigakan dari sosok perempuan yang datang dengan membawa barang bawaan dan memperkenalkan diri sebagai penyewa baru di sebuah rumah kos di Jalan Bandulan, Kecamatan Sukun, Kota Malang. Namun, beberapa jam setelah berkenalan dengan penghuni lain, motor milik seorang mahasiswi justru dibawa kabur.
Dari rekaman CCTV yang beredar di media sosial, pelaku yang mengenakan hijab dan berkacamata hitam itu berjalan sambil bermain ponselnya. Selang beberapa waktu, pelaku keluar menggunakan sepeda motor.

Korban, Chezia (21), mengaku sehari sebelumnya perempuan yang diperkirakan berusia sekitar 25 tahun itu juga sempat mendatangi lokasi. Pelaku mengaku sedang mencari tempat tinggal dan melihat-lihat kamar yang tersedia.
Keesokan harinya pelaku datang dengan sejumlah barang dan memperkenalkan diri sebagai penyewa kamar yang baru menempati rumah kos tersebut. “Waktu memperkenalkan diri sebagai penghuni baru, dia juga sempat menawari saya donat,” kata Chezia, Jumat (19/6/2026).
Tak hanya itu, pelaku juga mengajak korban mengobrol cukup lama. Dalam perbincangan tersebut, perempuan itu mengaku tengah menjalani magang sebagai staf tata usaha di salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Malang.
Chezia mengaku sama sekali tidak menaruh curiga. Sikap ramah dan pembawaan pelaku yang tenang membuatnya yakin bahwa perempuan tersebut benar-benar penghuni baru di rumah kos itu.
“Selama ngobrol, dia tidak menunjukkan gerak-gerik atau raut wajah yang mencurigakan sama sekali,” imbuhnya.
Namun, suasana yang semula biasa berubah beberapa jam kemudian. Sekitar pukul 13.00 WIB, salah seorang penghuni kos sempat mendengar suara sepeda motor menyala dan mengira Chezia sedang keluar dari rumah kos.
Ternyata suara tersebut berasal dari sepeda motor Yamaha Mio Soul milik korban yang ternyata dibawa kabur pelaku. Korban baru menyadari kehilangan ketika hendak keluar dari rumah kos.
“Teman saya mendengar suara motor dinyalakan. Dikira saya yang keluar. Baru saat saya hendak pergi, saya sadar motor Yamaha Mio Soul milik saya yang diparkir di dalam kos sudah hilang,” ungkapnya.
Korban mengakui saat kejadian kunci kontak sepeda motor masih menempel. Ia mengaku selama lebih dari setahun tinggal di rumah kos tersebut tidak pernah mengalami serta mendengar kasus serupa, sehingga merasa lingkungan tersebut cukup aman.

“Kunci kontak memang masih menempel. Selama ini saya merasa aman karena sudah tinggal di sini lebih dari setahun dan tidak pernah ada kejadian seperti ini,” ucapnya.
Mendapati kejadian tersebut, pengelola kos segera memeriksa kamar yang sebelumnya ditempati pelaku. Namun, kamar tersebut sudah dalam keadaan kosong.
Seluruh barang yang sempat dibawa pelaku saat datang diduga telah dibawa kembali. Bahkan, sebuah guling yang berada di kamar juga dilaporkan ikut hilang.
Pengelola kos, Daffa Falih Roviansyah, menambahkan perempuan tersebut sebelumnya berkomunikasi dengan pemilik kos terkait rencana penyewaan kamar. Namun setelah kejadian, nomor telepon yang digunakan pelaku sudah tidak bisa dihubungi.
“Sebelum datang ke kos, pelaku sempat berkomunikasi dengan bude saya selaku pemilik kos. Setelah kejadian, nomor WhatsApp yang digunakan sudah tidak aktif dan pelaku juga belum membayar biaya sewa kamar,” jelas Daffa.
Kasus pencurian sepeda motor tersebut kini telah dilaporkan ke Polsek Sukun. Pihaknya berharap pelaku segera ditemukan.
