JATIMTIMES - Pemadaman listrik bergilir yang terjadi di sejumlah wilayah di Pulau Jawa dalam beberapa hari terakhir memicu gelombang keluhan masyarakat. Dampaknya menyentuh berbagai aspek kehidupan warga, mulai dari UMKM, kesehatan, usaha makanan dan minuman, hingga industri rumahan.
Di media sosial, khususnya Threads, banyak warga membagikan pengalaman mereka akibat gangguan pasokan listrik yang masih berlangsung.

Salah satu keluhan datang dari akun @anggri*** yang mengaku kesulitan karena anaknya membutuhkan alat bantu medis yang bergantung pada listrik.
"@pln_id Bangs** tolong anak saya butuh suction ini, kesehatan anak saya gmn hari hari padam listrik sedangkan bayar lancar goblok bangsat bajingan !!! "
Keluhan lain disampaikan pelaku usaha kuliner yang harus menanggung kerugian akibat bahan makanan rusak karena listrik padam berulang kali.
"PLN 1 hari 6 100Kg ayam busuk dalam 2 hari.. Pelaku usaha FNB harus gimana? Mau sampai kapan listrik padam terus? @pln_id Kayaknya harus beli genset sih ini :) ," tulis akun @natasha***.
Dampak pemadaman juga dirasakan sektor usaha kecil dan industri rumah tangga. Akun @ira_astuti_nugr*** mengaku temannya terpaksa menghentikan sementara produksi pabrik kerupuk karena tidak bisa beroperasi tanpa pasokan listrik.

Bukan hanya sektor usaha yang terdampak. Sejumlah warga juga mengaku mengalami kerugian pribadi akibat pemadaman listrik bergilir.
Akun @suri.anna_sunsh*** misalnya, mengunggah keluhan setelah ikan koi peliharaannya mati diduga akibat sistem pendukung kolam tidak berfungsi saat listrik padam.
"Korban PLN Iur.. Ikan koi apa enak dimakan? Info resepnya... duuh ga tega ini "
Sementara itu, akun @ginalevi*** mengaku kehilangan stok ASI perah yang selama berbulan-bulan disimpan di dalam freezer.
"Definisi sakit ga berdarah susah2 nabung ASI, leleh dalam sehari gara2 pemadaman bergilir @pln_id tabungan 5 bulankuuuuu "
Keluhan-keluhan tersebut terus bermunculan seiring masih berlangsungnya pemadaman di sejumlah daerah. Banyak warga mempertanyakan kepastian normalisasi pasokan listrik dan meminta PLN segera menyelesaikan gangguan yang terjadi.
Sebelumnya, PT PLN (Persero) menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas pemadaman bergilir yang terjadi di berbagai wilayah Pulau Jawa.

Direktur Utama PLN Darmawan Prasodjo mengatakan gangguan pasokan batu bara berkalori menengah atau medium range coal menjadi salah satu penyebab terganggunya sistem kelistrikan.
Selain masalah bahan bakar, PLN juga menghadapi kendala teknis pada dua pembangkit listrik tenaga uap (PLTU) besar milik perusahaan listrik swasta atau Independent Power Producer (IPP).
"Pertama-tama kami atas nama PT PLN (Persero) ingin memohon maaf yang sebesarbesarnya karena Pulau Jawa mengalami pemadaman bergilir. Kami memahami kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat dengan adanya peristiwa ini,’ kata Darmawan dalam unggahan video di Instagram @pln_id, Sabtu (20/6/2026).
Menurut Darmawan, PLN saat ini mendapat dukungan penuh dari Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM), termasuk Menteri ESDM Bahlil Lahadalia, Direktorat Jenderal Ketenagalistrikan, dan Direktorat Jenderal Mineral dan Batu Bara untuk mempercepat penanganan masalah pasokan batu bara.
PLN juga mempercepat proses kontrak dengan pemasok yang mendapat penugasan pemerintah agar kebutuhan batu bara untuk pembangkit di Jawa segera terpenuhi.
"Saat ini proses penyaluran medium range coal mulai mengalir pada PLTU di se-antero Pulau Jawa, baik PLTU milik PLN maupun milik mitra kami atau PLTU independent power producer,’ terang Darmawan.
Selain persoalan pasokan batu bara, PLN mengungkap adanya gangguan teknis yang menimpa dua pembangkit besar milik mitra swasta sehingga terpaksa keluar dari sistem kelistrikan Jawa.
"Dalam kondisi seperti ini kami juga menghadapi tantangan ada kendala teknis di dua pembangkit besar di Pulau Jawa yang dimiliki dan dioperasikan oleh mitra kami, yaitu ada dua pembangkit independent power producer yang mengalami gangguan teknis dan terpaksa keluar dari sistem kelistrika di Pulau Jawa," jelas Darmawan.
Kondisi tersebut membuat pasokan daya di sistem Jawa mengalami tekanan sehingga PLN harus menerapkan pemadaman bergilir di sejumlah wilayah untuk menjaga stabilitas jaringan.
Di akhir pernyataannya, Darmawan kembali meminta maaf kepada masyarakat yang terdampak dan memastikan seluruh personel PLN sedang bekerja penuh untuk memulihkan sistem kelistrikan.
“Untuk itu sekali lagi kami mohon maaf sebesarbesarnya, atas adanya gangguan mengakibatkan pemadaman bergilir di Pulau Jawa. Kami bekerja all out siang dan malam agar semua gangguan ini bisa segera terselesaikan," ucap Darmawan menutup pernyataannya.
