JATIMTIMES – Komisi Nasional Disabilitas (KND) meluncurkan buku "Fikih Penguatan Disabilitas Psikososial dari Pemahaman Keagamaan Menuju Kesamaan Hak dan Keadilan Sosial" di Teras Gubuk Pesantren Al-Falah Ploso, Kediri, Jawa Timur, Minggu (21/6/2026), di sela Munas dan Konbes NU 2026.
Menteri Sosial Saifullah Yusuf (Gus Ipul), yang didapuk meluncurkan buku tersebut, mengatakan dokumen ilmiah-keagamaan ini bukan terbitan biasa, melainkan rambu moral, rujukan sosial, dan instrumen transformasi berpikir umat, agar penyandang disabilitas mental-psikososial dipahami bukan sebagai beban tapi manusia yang martabatnya setara dan harkatnya sama dan haknya melekat tanpa syarat, sebagaimana dijamin oleh konstitusi, agama dan norma kemanusiaan universal.

"Dengan ini buku Fikih Penguatan Disabilitas Mental Psikososial dari Pemahaman Keagamaan Menuju Kesamaan Hak dan Keadilan Sosial yang diterbitkan oleh LBM NU, Lakpesdam NU, P3M dan pusat rehabilitasi YAKKUM melalui program inklusi dibawah kordinasi KND secara resmi saya luncurkan dengan bersama-sama membaca Alfatihah," ujarnya.
Acara ini turut dihadiri Staf Khusus Menteri Sosial Ishaq Zubaedi Raqib, Katib Syuriah PBNU Dr Hilmy Muhammad, Komisioner KND Fatimah Asri Mutmainah, Jonna Aman Damanik, dan Kikin Tarigan, Bendahara Umum PBNU Gudfan Arif Ghofur, Ketua LBM NU PBNU KH Mahbub Maafi, Pengasuh PP Al-Falah Ploso KH Abdurrahman Kautsar (Gus Kautsar), Agus Hasan Hidayat, Sekretaris KND Herman Koswara, serta para santri Al-Falah Ploso.
Tantangan Paradigma Masyarakat soal Disabilitas Komisioner KND Jonna Aman Damanik menyoroti paradigma masyarakat umum terhadap penyandang disabilitas sebagai salah satu masalah terbesar.
"Karena disitu ada hegemoni normalitas kalau teman-teman normal dan melihat prioritas dengan normal, saya melihat dengan cara saya," ujar penyandang disabilitas netra tersebut.
Ia menilai solusinya adalah mentransformasikan paradigma tersebut, salah satunya melalui dogma hukum-hukum keimanan.
"Saya begitu bersemangat bersama teman-teman untuk mengawalnya. Kita berharap paradigma kita akan tepat," katanya.

Gus Kautsar berterima kasih atas kepercayaan menjadi tuan rumah peluncuran buku yang dinilainya menggambarkan realitas sosial sekaligus memberi panduan berinteraksi dengan Penyandang Disabilitas Mental Psikososial (PDMP).

"Bahwa kadang-kadang kesalahan kita itu simple tapi bahaya, simple tapi dampaknya sangat jelek adalah kalau melihat orang yang kebetulan ada perbedaan kita cukup sulit untuk menerima perbedaan itu entah perbedaan fisik ataupun bersifat mental," katanya.
Ia menjelaskan hal itu sebenarnya manusiawi karena manusia dibekali karakter bawaan untuk mencintai keindahan dan mencintai dirinya sendiri.
"Perasaan itu penting, tapi kemudian kalau sampai mengakibatkan orang lain tidak bagus, tidak istimewa itu salah," tegasnya.
Menutup sambutannya, Gus Kautsar kembali berterima kasih kepada KDN.
"Terimakasih kepada komisi disabilitas kemudian kami mohon langkah-langkah yang dilakukan, yang didukung penuh oleh Kemensos yang benar-benar bisa bermanfaat," tuturnya.
