Sempat Tersisa 15 Kursi Kosong, MKKS Pastikan Kuota SMA Negeri di Kota Batu Kini Terisi Penuh

JATIMTIMES – Dinamika pelaksanaan Sistem Penerimaan Murid Baru (SPMB) jenjang SMA Negeri di Kota Batu sempat diwarnai dengan adanya kekosongan pagu. Berdasarkan data rekapitulasi final, tercatat ada 15 kursi yang sempat tidak terisi di seluruh sekolah menengah atas negeri se-Kota Batu setelah rentetan tahapan seleksi rampung digelar.

Dari total belasan bangku yang melowong tersebut, SMAN 3 Batu menjadi lembaga yang menyisakan kuota terbanyak, yaitu mencapai 10 kursi. Sementara untuk sisa bangku lainnya disusul oleh SMAN 2 Batu dengan kekosongan tiga kursi, serta SMAN 1 Batu yang menyisakan dua kursi saja.

Menyikapi adanya bangku kosong tersebut, panitia langsung mengaktifkan regulasi pemenuhan kuota secara otomatis. Skema pemenuhan ini mulai berjalan tepat setelah batas akhir masa daftar ulang bagi para calon peserta didik baru di jalur nilai prestasi akademik resmi ditutup.

Ketua Musyawarah Kerja Kepala Sekolah (MKKS) SMA Negeri Kota Batu sekaligus Kepala SMAN 1 Batu, Anto Dwi Cahyono menerangkan bahwa munculnya belasan sisa kursi tersebut baru terdeteksi secara gamblang setelah masing-masing sekolah menyelesaikan pencocokan data administrasi.

"Seperti di SMAN 1 Batu, pagu online yang ditetapkan itu sebenarnya ada 422 kursi. Namun sampai tahap akhir, jumlah siswa yang menyelesaikan proses daftar ulang mentok di angka 420 anak," kata Anto.

Dirinya menguraikan, sebaran siswa baru yang masuk di SMAN 1 Batu terdiri dari 146 pelajar di tahap pertama, 169 anak di tahap kedua, serta 105 siswa di tahap ketiga. Ia menjamin bahwa adanya sisa bangku kosong tersebut murni karena faktor penataan sisa kuota sistemik, bukan dipicu oleh fenomena mundurnya calon siswa.

"Sama sekali tidak ada calon siswa yang mengundurkan diri pasca-pengumuman. Sisa dua kursi di tempat kami murni karena ada sisa pagu dari proses penyaringan di tahap ketiga lalu," urainya.

Mengenai mekanisme pengisian bangku-bangku yang melowong tersebut, ia menegaskan bahwa seluruh prosesnya dikendalikan langsung oleh aplikasi pusat berbasis data digital. Sistem secara otomatis menyisir data para pendaftar di Tahap III Jalur Nilai Prestasi Akademik untuk mengisi slot yang kosong tersebut.

Prosedur ini memprioritaskan para lulusan tahun sebelumnya yang digabungkan ke dalam kelompok kelulusan tahun 2026. Syarat utamanya, calon siswa tersebut wajib mengantongi nilai yang lolos ambang batas (passing grade), namun sebelumnya sempat tereliminasi dari sekolah tujuan akibat kalah bersaing secara peringkat global.

Rinto memastikan proses penyaringan sisa kursi ini tetap mengedepankan prinsip objektivitas yang ketat karena pemeringkatan nilai prestasi akademik mutlak menjadi indikator utama. Kini, seluruh bangku kosong di jajaran SMAN se-Kota Batu dipastikan sudah terkunci rapat 100 persen.

"Alhamdulillah, seluruh siswa yang terjaring lewat sistem pemenuhan otomatis ini sudah menyelesaikan daftar ulang kemarin. Jadi untuk saat ini seluruh kuota rombongan belajar SMA Negeri di Kota Batu sudah terpenuhi total," pungkasnya.
