JATIMTIMES – Geliat sektor pariwisata di Kota Batu mencatatkan performa impresif sepanjang pertengahan tahun ini. Tingkat keterisian kamar atau okupansi perhotelan selama momentum libur sekolah terbukti melonjak tajam, bahkan melampaui catatan dibukukan pada musim mudik Lebaran 2026 lalu.

Berdasarkan data resmi dari Perhimpunan Hotel dan Restoran Indonesia (PHRI) Kota Batu, angka keterisian akomodasi pada akhir pekan lalu menyentuh level tertinggi sepanjang tahun berjalan. Catatan ini sekaligus menggeser dominasi libur Lebaran yang biasanya menjadi puncak panen industri perhotelan namun kala itu hanya tertahan di kisaran 70 hingga 80 persen.

Ketua PHRI Kota Batu, Sujud Hariadi, membenarkan terjadinya tren positif tersebut. Menurutnya, pergerakan grafik okupansi ini merespons langsung tingginya volume kunjungan pelancong luar daerah selama periode bulan Juni hingga Juli.

“Benar. Momen libur sekolah ini okupansi meningkat tajam sampai 90 persen, khususnya saat akhir pekan,” ungkap Sujud Hariadi, Selasa (14/7/2026).

Sujud menguraikan, salah satu faktor utama yang memicu lonjakan ini adalah kebijakan tarif kamar hotel yang jauh lebih dinamis jika dibandingkan dengan masa peak season seperti libur hari raya keagamaan atau perayaan pergantian tahun baru. Keunggulan harga yang relatif ramah kantong bagi klaster keluarga ini otomatis meningkatkan daya tarik minat bermalam.

Selain faktor harga, melesatnya angka keterisian kamar ini disokong kuat oleh strategi penetrasi pasar terpadu berupa kerja sama taktis. Pihak manajemen perhotelan secara masif menggandeng para pengelola destinasi wisata unggulan di Kota Batu untuk meluncurkan paket bundling hemat.

“PHRI sedang mendorong kerja hotel dengan tempat wisata agar wisatawan mendapat paket bundling berupa kamar hotel dan tiket wisata dengan harga yang lebih ekonomis,” jelas pria yang juga Direktur Taman Rekreasi Selecta itu.

Meskipun puncak kunjungan wisatawan diproyeksikan telah terlewati pada periode tanggal 3 hingga 5 Juli lalu, PHRI memperkirakan grafik keterisian akomodasi penginapan di Kota Batu masih akan bertahan di level yang cukup kompetitif hingga penutupan akhir pekan ini sebelum memasuki masa normal baru persekolahan.
