Hotman Paris Jadi Kuasa Hukum Febrie Adriansyah, Dampingi Pemeriksaan Kasus Korupsi dan TPPU

JATIMTIMES - Pengacara kondang Hotman Paris Hutapea mengonfirmasi bahwa dirinya resmi menjadi kuasa hukum mantan Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) Febrie Adriansyah.

Hotman menyebut telah menerima surat kuasa dari Febrie untuk mendampingi proses hukum terkait dugaan tindak pidana korupsi serta tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU) yang kini tengah ditangani aparat penegak hukum.

"Iya (jadi kuasa hukum Febrie Adriansyah)," kata Hotman saat dikonfirmasi, dikutip dari Kompas.com, Jumat (17/7/2026).

Kehadiran Hotman sebagai kuasa hukum diketahui setelah dirinya mendatangi Gedung Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) Kejagung pada Jumat pagi. Kedatangannya tersebut juga bertepatan dengan agenda pemeriksaan terhadap Febrie Adriansyah.

Saat ditanya apakah dirinya datang untuk mendampingi pemeriksaan Febrie, Hotman membenarkan hal tersebut. "Iya (mendampingi Febrie)," ujarnya.

Namun, ketika ditanya lebih lanjut mengenai materi pemeriksaan yang dilakukan penyidik serta perkembangan status hukum Febrie dalam pemeriksaan tersebut, Hotman tidak memberikan banyak penjelasan. "Tersangka," jawab Hotman singkat.

Perkara Ditangani Kejagung

Sebelumnya, perkara yang menyeret nama Febrie Adriansyah diketahui pertama kali ditangani oleh pihak kepolisian. Dalam perkembangannya, penanganan sejumlah dugaan perkara korupsi yang berkaitan dengan Febrie kemudian dilimpahkan kepada Kejaksaan Agung.

Kejagung selanjutnya membentuk tim khusus untuk melanjutkan proses penyidikan kasus tersebut. Tim yang diberi nama Tim 9 itu beranggotakan sembilan jaksa yang ditugaskan untuk menangani perkara Febrie.

Menariknya, sebagian besar anggota Tim 9 tersebut merupakan jaksa yang memiliki pengalaman bertugas di Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK). Pembentukan tim ini dilakukan untuk memastikan proses penyidikan berjalan secara profesional dan mendalam.

Dengan masuknya Hotman Paris sebagai kuasa hukum, proses hukum terhadap Febrie Adriansyah kini menjadi sorotan publik. Kejagung masih melanjutkan penyidikan untuk mengungkap dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dan TPPU yang menjerat mantan pejabat tinggi Kejaksaan tersebut.
