Pemkot Malang Masih Tunggu Keputusan Pusat Terkait Pembangunan SR Permanen

JATIMTIMES - Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Malang saat ini masih menunggu keputusan pemerintah pusat terkait pembangunan permanen gedung Sekolah Rakyat (SR) Kota Malang yang lokasinya berpindah dari wilayah Kedungkandang ke Arjowinangun. 

Kepala Dinsos-P3AP2KB Kota Malang Donny Sandito Widoyoko menyampaikan, awalnya Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Malang mengusulkan bangunan gedung SR di Kampus Politeknik Kota Malang (Poltekom) untuk menjadi SR permanen Kota Malang.

Namun dari pemerintah pusat dalam hal ini Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum (PU) RI tidak menyetujui lokasi tersebut. Pasalnya, Kementerian PU RI menginginkan bangunan gedung SR permanen Kota Malang dimulai dari nol atau lahan terbuka. 

"Jadi yang diusulkan pertama kali itu malah di Poltekom dan tidak disetujui karena dari Kementerian PU menginginkan mereka bangun mulai dari awal, mulai dari nol. Jadi yang Poltekom tidak dipilih," ungkap Donny kepada JatimTIMES.com. 

Kemudian, Pemkot Malang mengajukan lokasi lainnya di wilayah Kecamatan Kedungkandang seluas delapan hektare dan telah disetujui. Namun, ketika dilakukan pengecekan dan sinkronisasi di data tata ruang, lahan tersebut masuk ke dalam kategori Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) dan membuat usulan lahan kedua tidak jadi digunakan untuk pembangunan gedung permanen Sekolah Rakyat Kota Malang. 

"Kita mengusulkan lahan dekatnya BPBD yang 8 hektar. Lalu yang 8 hektar sudah disetujui tapi ternyata kok RTH," kata Donny. 

Selanjutnya di lokasi ketiga, pihaknya mengajukan lahan milik Pemkot Malang dengan luas 5,4 hektare di wilayah Kelurahan Arjowinangun. Di mana di lahan tersebut saat ini difungsikan sebagai lapangan sepakbola yang masuk fasilitas umum tingkat RW. 

"Kata Pak Subkhan (Kepala BKAD Kota Malang) nanti dialihkan. Itu fasilitas umum tingkat RW, bukan tingkat kota. Kalau kata Pak Dandung (Kepala DPUPRPKP Kota Malang) jadi lebih mudah, yang penting ada lahan pengganti. Untuk Koperasi Merah Putih kan juha di situ," ungkap Donny kepada JatimTIMES.com.

Lebih lanjut, mantan Camat Kedungkandang itu mengatakan, bahwa ketika sejak awal lahan yang diajukan telah disetujui seharusnya pembangunan gedung SR permanen Kota Malang masuk ke dalam batch pertama. Namun, hingga kini pihaknya tidak mengetahui pembangunan gedung SR permanen Kota Malang masuk batch berapa. 

"Kami belum tahu masuk batch berapa, pasalnya saat ini kan sudah berlangsung untuk batch pertama di 93 kota/kabupaten yang dibangun. Kalau kami menanyakan (pembangunan SR permanen Kota Malang) ke Kementerian Sosial RI, setelah (batch pertama) sudah 100 persen, baru nanti kami diundang untuk melakukan kajian kembali terkait lahan di Arjowinangun," beber Donny. 

Pihaknya pun berharap, pembangunan gedung permanen Sekolah Rakyat Kota Malang dapat segera terealisasi. Mengingat, program Sekolah Rakyat yang dicanangkan oleh Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat tidak mampu di Kota Malang.
