JATIMTIMES - Penanganan kasus dugaan pencabulan terhadap seorang anak perempuan berusia 7 tahun di Kecamatan Sukun, Kota Malang, tidak hanya difokuskan pada proses hukum terhadap terduga pelaku. Polresta Malang Kota juga memastikan korban memperoleh pendampingan menyeluruh untuk membantu memulihkan kondisi psikologisnya.
Korban yang diduga mengalami perbuatan asusila itu disebut menunjukkan perubahan perilaku setelah kejadian. Berdasarkan keterangan keluarga, anak tersebut menjadi lebih pendiam, mudah ketakutan, sulit tidur, hingga enggan pergi ke kamar mandi seorang diri dan selalu meminta ditemani.

Kasi Humas Polresta Malang Kota, Ipda Lukman Sobhikin, mengatakan perlindungan terhadap anak menjadi prioritas dalam setiap penanganan perkara yang melibatkan korban di bawah umur. Karena itu, sejak laporan diterima, Unit Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (PPA) tidak hanya melakukan penyidikan, tetapi juga mendampingi korban selama proses pemeriksaan.
“Keselamatan dan pemulihan kondisi korban menjadi perhatian utama kami. Anak yang menjadi korban tindak pidana memerlukan penanganan khusus, sehingga selain proses hukum terhadap terduga pelaku berjalan, kami juga memastikan korban mendapatkan pendampingan medis, psikologis, dan perlindungan selama proses penyidikan,” kata Lukman, Jumat (24/7/2026).
Sebagai bagian dari proses pembuktian sekaligus upaya pemulihan, korban telah menjalani pemeriksaan medis berupa visum et repertum dan visum psikiatrikum di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) dr. Saiful Anwar (RSSA) Malang. Pemeriksaan tersebut dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik maupun dampak psikologis yang dialami korban.
Menurut Lukman, pendampingan terhadap korban tidak berhenti setelah pemeriksaan awal. Unit PPA akan terus berkoordinasi dengan keluarga serta tenaga profesional agar kondisi psikologis korban dapat berangsur pulih.
“Pendampingan ini dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Kami bekerja sama dengan pihak keluarga dan tenaga profesional agar korban merasa aman, nyaman, serta tidak mengalami trauma berkepanjangan akibat peristiwa yang dialaminya,” jelasnya.
Polresta Malang Kota juga mengimbau masyarakat agar lebih peka terhadap perubahan perilaku anak. Menurut kepolisian, korban kekerasan seksual sering kali tidak langsung berani mengungkapkan apa yang dialaminya. Karena itu, perhatian dari orang tua, keluarga, guru, maupun lingkungan sekitar sangat penting untuk mendeteksi sejak dini apabila ada tanda-tanda yang mengarah pada tindak kekerasan terhadap anak.
“Kami mengajak masyarakat untuk tidak ragu melaporkan setiap dugaan tindak pidana terhadap anak. Semakin cepat laporan diterima, semakin cepat pula korban memperoleh perlindungan dan pendampingan yang dibutuhkan,” tegas Lukman.

Saat ini, penyidik Satreskrim Polresta Malang Kota masih melanjutkan proses penyidikan terhadap terduga pelaku. Di sisi lain, kepolisian memastikan hak-hak korban tetap menjadi prioritas melalui pendampingan hukum, layanan kesehatan, dan pemulihan psikologis hingga proses peradilan selesai.
Untuk diketahui, kasus ini bermula dari dugaan perbuatan asusila yang terjadi pada Selasa (21/7/2026) di sebuah rumah di Kelurahan Tanjungrejo, Kecamatan Sukun, Kota Malang. Korban yang saat itu sedang membeli jajanan diduga dipanggil oleh terlapor menggunakan iming-iming uang sebelum terjadi dugaan tindak pidana asusila.
Setelah berhasil meninggalkan lokasi, korban menceritakan kejadian yang dialaminya kepada keluarga. Informasi tersebut kemudian diteruskan kepada orang tua korban hingga akhirnya dilaporkan ke Polresta Malang Kota pada 22 Juli 2026.
Dalam penanganan perkara ini, polisi mengamankan terduga pelaku berinisial AP (61) beserta sejumlah barang bukti. Penyidik juga mendalami informasi bahwa terduga pelaku diduga pernah melakukan perbuatan serupa terhadap anak lain pada tahun 2023. Namun, dugaan kasus tersebut tidak diproses secara hukum karena saat itu diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan. Informasi tersebut kini masih didalami untuk kepentingan penyidikan.
