Dinsos-P3AP2KB Kota Malang Ajak Anak Berani Bersuara dan Jadi Pelopor Perlindungan

JATIMTIMES - Dinas Sosial, Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (Dinsos-P3AP2KB) Kota Malang mengajak seluruh anak-anak di Kota Malang untuk bersama-sama berani bersuara dan dapat menjadi pelopor perlindungan hak anak. 

Ajakan itu disampaikan Kepala Dinsos-P3AP2KB Kota Malang Donny Sandito Widoyoko dalam kegiatan puncak peringatan Hari Anak Nasional (HAN) ke-42 tahun 2026 yang mengusung tema "Sayang Anak, Lindungi dan Bangun Masa Depan" dan berlangsung di Malang Creative Center (MCC) Kota Malang.

Donny menyampaikan, momentum peringatan HAN ke-42 tahun 2026 menjadi momentum penting untuk mendorong anak-anak agar tidak hanya menjadi penerima manfaat pembangunan, tetapi juga aktif menyampaikan aspirasi dan berpartisipasi dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang aman.

"Melalui Dinsos-P3AP2KB, pemerintah mengajak anak-anak di Kota Malang untuk berani menyampaikan pendapat maupun melaporkan apabila mengalami atau melihat tindakan kekerasan," ungkap Donny, Sabtu (25/7/2026). 

Menurut Donny, melalui peringatan HAN ke-42 tahun 2026 ini, menegaskan bahwa anak memiliki hak untuk merasa aman, memperoleh pendidikan, bermain, menyampaikan pendapat dan memiliki cita-cita setinggi-tingginya. Selain itu, anak-anak juga harus diberikan ruang yang sama untuk berpartisipasi dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan dan kepentingan anak-anak. 

"Tidak boleh ada seorang pun yang melakukan kekerasan terhadap anak. Perlindungan anak menjadi tanggung jawab bersama yang membutuhkan kepedulian keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat," tegas Donny. 

Lebih lanjut, Donny juga meminta kepada seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk tidak bersikap pasif jika menyaksikan maupun mendapatkan laporan tindak kekerasan terhadap anak. Pasalnya, ketika ada anak yang membutuhkan perlindungan, masyarakat harus berani mencegah dan melaporkan tindakan tersebut kepada pihak berwenang.

Selain itu, pihaknya juga meminta kepada setiap keluarga di Kota Malang untuk dapat menjadi ruang perlindungan bagi anak-anak. "Keluarga diharapkan menjadi ruang pertama yang memberikan kasih sayang dan perlindungan. Sementara sekolah harus menjadi tempat yang aman, menyenangkan, inklusif dan bebas dari kekerasan," ujar Donny. 

Sementara itu, melalui semangat "Anak Kota Malang Hebat, Terlindungi, Berdaya dan Bahagia", Dinsos-P3AP2KB Kota Malang mengajak anak-anak untuk berani bersuara dan menjadi bagian dari upaya menciptakan lingkungan yang aman serta ramah anak.

"Sebab, perlindungan anak tidak hanya berarti melindungi anak, tetapi juga memberikan ruang kepada mereka untuk didengar, dihargai dan dilibatkan," pungkas Donny.
