Agar bisa memantau kondisi pemadaman listrik di tempat tinggal, pengguna cukup mengikuti beberapa langkah mudah menggunakan aplikasi PLN Mobile. Aplikasi ini dapat diunduh secara gratis melalui Google Play Store untuk pengguna Android atau App Store bagi pengguna iOS.

Cara Cek Pemadaman Listrik Sekitar

Berikut ini langkah-langkah untuk mengetahui kondisi listrik di sekitar tempat tinggal secara online melalui aplikasi PLN Mobile:

1. Unduh dan buka aplikasi PLN Mobile

2. Pilih menu "Pengaduan"

3. Klik menu "Cek Padam Sekitar Saya"

4. Pilih ID Pelanggan yang akan dicek

5. Tunggu beberapa saat, lalu akan muncul peta dan kondisi listrik terdekat dari lokasi pelanggan.

Dengan cara ini, pengguna dapat mengetahui apakah ada pemadam listrik yang terjadi disekitar tempat tinggal secara real-time. Informasi ini dapat membantu pengguna menyesuaikan aktivitas yang diperlukan seperti menghindari penggunaan peralatan listrik yang membutuhkan daya besar saat pemadaman. Semoga bermanfaat!
