JATIMTIMES - Manajemen Arema FC akhirnya buka suara di tengah tingginya desakan publik terkait polling Aremania yang menginginkan kembalinya logo legendaris Singa Bertindik. Klub memberi pernyataan resmi dengan nada penuh hormat, termasuk terhadap langkah Presidium Aremania yang telah mengirim surat terbuka kepada pemegang hak cipta logo tersebut.
Sebagai pemegang hak merek atas nama dan logo Arema, manajemen menegaskan komitmennya menjaga marwah klub dengan menjunjung etika, kesantunan, dan kepatuhan hukum. General Manager Arema FC Yusrinal Fitriandi menyampaikan bahwa pihak klub memahami betul kerinduan besar Aremania terhadap simbol historis itu.

“Kami sangat menghargai langkah polling dan aspirasi tulus Aremania. Jujur, kami di manajemen pun memiliki kerinduan yang sama. Logo Singa Bertindik adalah bagian tak terpisahkan dari sejarah perjalanan kami,” ujar Yusrinal.
Ia menilai, inisiatif Presidium Aremania mengirim surat terbuka kepada pihak yayasan selaku pemegang hak cipta merupakan upaya yang bijak dan sesuai prosedur. Yusrinal menyebut langkah tersebut elegan serta menempatkan persoalan pada posisi yang tepat.
“Kami melihat langkah presidium mengirim surat terbuka adalah bentuk ikhtiar yang sangat mulia dan prosedural. Itu menempatkan persoalan pada tempatnya. Kami di klub sangat mengapresiasi upaya tersebut,” kata pria yang akrab disapa Inal itu.
Inal berharap seluruh pihak merespons positif aspirasi yang disampaikan presidium, termasuk demi persatuan serta kebanggaan bersama Aremania. Ia menegaskan bahwa klub tetap fokus menjaga eksistensi Arema di kompetisi dan melindungi hak komersial yang menjadi kewenangannya.
“Porsi kami di manajemen adalah terus berikhtiar menjaga eksistensi Arema di jalur kompetisi dan perlindungan atas hak komersial Arema. Kami berharap pihak lain pemegang hak cipta logo Singa Bertindik, sesuai porsinya, dapat dengan ikhlas memenuhi aspirasi Aremania yang tersurat dalam permohonan presidium tersebut,” jelasnya.
Inal kembali menegaskan pentingnya memahami batas kewenangan agar publik tidak salah menilai posisi klub dalam isu hak cipta. “Kewenangan menyerahkan atau mengizinkan penggunaan logo itu ada pada mereka (pemegang hak cipta), bukan pada klub. Porsi serta kewenangan ini perlu dipahamkan ke publik agar tidak terjadi tumpang tindih kewenangan. Kami sifatnya menunggu ‘lampu hijau’ legalitas tersebut,” ungkap dia.

Ia menambahkan bahwa proses pengesahan Arema FC sebagai pemegang hak merek di mata negara justru membawa tanggung jawab moral yang semakin besar. Manajemen ingin memastikan klub melangkah dengan integritas penuh.
“Manajemen memiliki tanggung jawab moral untuk memberikan contoh kepatuhan hukum. Kita tidak ingin membangun kebesaran Arema tanpa menghormati hak pihak lain,” ucapnya. “Kita patuh legal, maka kita ingin melangkah dengan cara yang benar dan sesuai regulasi,” sambung dia.
