JATIMTIMES - Memasuki masa pendaftaran Seleksi Nasional Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (SNPMB) 2026, banyak calon mahasiswa mulai melakukan aktivasi akun. Namun, tidak sedikit yang mengalami kendala berupa notifikasi “data tidak ditemukan” saat proses pendaftaran.

Masalah ini kerap membuat panik, apalagi ketika jadwal seleksi semakin dekat. Padahal, kondisi tersebut sebenarnya cukup umum terjadi dan bisa diatasi dengan langkah yang tepat. Biasanya, penyebabnya berkaitan dengan data siswa yang belum sinkron di sistem nasional.

Dengan memahami sumber masalah dan cara penanganannya, proses pendaftaran SNPMB tetap bisa dilanjutkan tanpa harus menunggu terlalu lama.

Kenapa Data Tidak Ditemukan di SNPMB?

Berdasarkan informasi yang disampaikan oleh Halo SNPMB Kemdikbud RI, salah satu penyebab paling sering adalah status gap year, yaitu siswa yang sudah lulus pada tahun sebelumnya dan baru kembali mendaftar tahun ini. Pada awal masa registrasi, sistem SNPMB lebih dulu memuat data siswa kelas 12 tahun berjalan. Akibatnya, data alumni atau lulusan lama belum sepenuhnya masuk ke server.

Selain itu, ketidaksesuaian antara data yang dimasukkan siswa dengan data di Dapodik juga sering menjadi pemicu. Perbedaan satu huruf pada nama, tanggal lahir, atau NISN bisa membuat sistem gagal mengenali identitas pendaftar.

Karena itu, memastikan data pribadi sama persis dengan yang tercatat secara resmi menjadi hal yang sangat krusial.

Cara Mengatasi Data SNPMB Tidak Ditemukan

Jika mengalami masalah ini, jangan langsung panik. Ada beberapa langkah yang bisa dilakukan secara bertahap.

1. Cek keabsahan NISN

NISN merupakan identitas utama setiap siswa dan berlaku seumur hidup. Pastikan nomor yang digunakan sudah benar dengan mengeceknya di situs resresmi:

• https://nisn.data.kemdikbud.go.id

Di laman tersebut, kamu bisa mencari menggunakan NISN atau nama lengkap. Jika lupa NISN, gunakan pencarian berdasarkan nama, lalu isi data seperti tempat dan tanggal lahir serta nama ibu kandung.

Pastikan informasi yang muncul sesuai dengan data diri dan ijazah.

2. Lakukan verval data lulusan

Jika ditemukan kesalahan atau kamu merupakan lulusan lama, langkah berikutnya adalah melakukan verifikasi dan validasi data (verval) melalui laman:

• https://pd.data.kemdikbud.go.id/verval-lulusan/

Isi semua kolom dengan data yang benar, mulai dari NISN, NIK, nama lengkap, hingga riwayat sekolah SMP dan SMA. Gunakan email aktif karena status pengajuan akan dikirimkan ke sana.

Setelah pengajuan dikirim, kamu bisa memantau statusnya di:

• https://pd.data.kemdikbud.go.id/verval-lulusan/pengajuan/status

Jika sudah disetujui, coba kembali melakukan registrasi akun SNPMB.

3. Hubungi operator sekolah

Jika masalah belum juga terselesaikan, segera hubungi operator sekolah asal. Mereka memiliki akses langsung ke sistem Dapodik dan bisa membantu memperbaiki atau memverifikasi data melalui aplikasi resmi.

Dalam banyak kasus, operator sekolah menjadi kunci utama agar data siswa bisa segera sinkron dengan sistem SNPMB.

Jadwal Registrasi Akun SNPMB 2026

Registrasi akun SNPMB untuk siswa dijadwalkan mulai:

• Senin, 12 Januari 2026

• Pukul 15.00 WIB

Pendaftaran dilakukan melalui portal resmi: • https://portal.snpmb.id

Calon peserta wajib memilih peran Siswa, lalu memasukkan NISN, NPSN, dan tanggal lahir sesuai data resmi. Setelah itu, akun harus diaktifkan menggunakan email sebelum bisa mengikuti jalur SNBP maupun SNBT.

Jika kamu menemui notifikasi “data tidak ditemukan”, jangan menyerah. Dengan langkah yang tepat, pendaftaran SNPMB 2026 tetap bisa berjalan lancar dan peluang masuk perguruan tinggi negeri tetap terbuka.
