JATIMTIMES - Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Jawa Timur mengusut dugaan korupsi di tubuh Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Provinsi Jatim. Setelah melakukan penggeledahan maraton, Kejaksaan resmi menetapkan Kepala Dinas (Kadis) ESDM Jatim sebagai tersangka kasus pungutan liar (pungli) perizinan.

Aspidsus Kejati Jatim Wagiyo Santoso menyampaikan bahwa penetapan tersangka ini merupakan hasil dari penyelidikan mendalam yang dilakukan sejak beberapa hari terakhir. Kasus ini bermula dari adanya laporan masyarakat, khususnya dari para pemohon izin yang merasa diperas.

"Sejak tanggal 14 kami melakukan penyelidikan," kata Wagiyo saat konferensi pers di Kejati Jatim, Jumat (17/4/2026).

Penyidik Bidang Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) menemukan bukti kuat adanya praktik lancung berupa pungli, gratifikasi, hingga pemerasan dalam proses penerbitan izin di dinas tersebut. Setelah mengantongi bukti awal yang cukup, petugas langsung menyisir sejumlah lokasi untuk mencari dokumen pendukung.

"Setelah dilakukan penyidikan, kemudian kami melakukan penggeledahan. Jadi kemarin kemarin secara maraton kami melakukan pengeledahan baik di kantor," ujarnya.

Tak hanya mengobrak-abrik gedung kantor, Wagiyo menyebut timnya juga menyasar kediaman para pihak yang dilaporkan.

Puncaknya, pada Jumat (17/4), penyidik resmi menetapkan tiga orang pejabat teras di Dinas ESDM Jatim sebagai tersangka. Selain Kadis ESDM, terdapat dua pejabat lainnya yang ikut terseret dalam pusaran kasus korupsi ini.

"Tanggal 17 April kami mengamankan kemudian menetapkan tersangka yaitu saudara AM (Aris Mukiyono), Kepala Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Jawa Timur. Yang kedua, saudara OS, Kepala Bidang Pertambangan pada Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Jawa Timur, dan yang kita yang ketiga saudara H selaku ketua tim kerja pengusahaan air tanah," imbuhnya.
