Aturan Baru BKN Bikin Mutasi Pemkot Malang Harus Disesuaikan Lagi

JATIMTIMES - Wali Kota Malang Wahyu Hidayat memastikan proses mutasi pejabat di lingkungan Pemkot Malang masih terus berjalan dan menunggu persetujuan dari Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN).

Menurut Wahyu, usulan mutasi yang diajukan harus beberapa kali direvisi karena adanya aturan baru dari BKN, terutama terkait penempatan jabatan yang wajib disesuaikan dengan kompetensi dan kinerja aparatur.

“Terus bergerak. Karena semua yang kita ajukan harus kita ubah lagi, kita ajukan, kita ubah lagi. Sekarang ada aturan baru dari BKN, penempatan harus sesuai kompetensi, kinerja, dan lain-lain,” ujarnya, Senin (20/4/2026). 

Selain itu, terdapat ketentuan lain seperti pejabat yang baru dilantik tidak boleh langsung digeser, adanya batas minimal masa jabatan, hingga persyaratan pangkat. Hal-hal tersebut saat ini masih dalam tahap konsultasi dengan BKN.

Wahyu menyebut, apabila dalam pekan ini sudah ada persetujuan dari BKN, maka Pemkot Malang siap segera menindaklanjuti. “Kalau pekan ini ada hasil positif dari BKN, kita langsung gerak. Karena kita tidak bisa lepas dari arahan dan kebijakan BKN,” katanya.

Terkait revisi usulan sebelumnya, ia menegaskan bahwa penyesuaian yang diminta BKN lebih banyak pada aspek kompetensi jabatan.

Selain itu, terdapat sejumlah posisi kosong yang rencananya akan diisi melalui mekanisme seleksi terbuka (selter). “Revisinya soal kompetensi. Ada juga beberapa jabatan kosong yang nanti kita selterkan (seleksi terbuka), dengan kriteria yang akan kita rapatkan lagi sesuai arahan BKN,” pungkasnya.

Beberapa posisi yang belum terisi di antaranya staf ahli bidang hukum, pemerintahan, dan politik. Selain itu, asisten I bidang pemerintahan dan kesejahteraan rakyat serta asisten III bidang administrasi  masih kosong.

Tak hanya itu. Kursi kepala DLH, kepala BKPSDM, kepala Bakesbangpol, hingga kepala Inspektorat juga belum terisi. Bahkan, jabatan kepala sekolah di sejumlah satuan pendidikan turut mengalami kekosongan.
