Pemkab Kediri bersama Bea Cukai musnahkan rokok ilegal dan miras.
JATIMTIMES - Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri bersama Bea Cukai Kediri memusnahkan 6.996 batang rokok ilegal hasil Operasi Gabungan Barang Cukai llegal Tahun 2025 dan 735 botol minuman beralkohol berbagai jenis hasil Operasi Penegakan Peraturan Daerah Minuman Beralkohol di wilayah Kabupaten Kediri sejak bulan April 2023 sampai dengan bulan Oktober 2025.
Pemusnahan dilakukan di Kantor Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri. Barang bukti tersebut dimusnahkan dengan cara dihancurkan dan dibakar sehingga tidak dapat dipergunakan lagi, Rabu (22/4/2026).

Plt. Kepala Satpol PP Kabupaten Kediri Kaleb Untung Satrio Wicaksono menjelaskan, barang bukti rokok ilegal tersebut merupakan hasil Operasi Gabungan Barang Cukai Ilegal Tahun 2025.
Operasi dilaksanakan di delapan kecamatan, yakni Ngasem, Gampengrejo, Plosoklaten, Wates, Ngancar, Gurah, Kunjang, dan Plemahan.
Barang bukti tersebut ditemukan di penjual eceran toko kelontong. Kegiatan penindakan melibatkan petugas gabungan dari Satpol PP, TNI, dan Polri.
“Pemusnahan barang bukti ini hasil dari razia kita sekitaran 600 bungkus kalau dihitung batang dikali 20. Ini sebagai sudah dimusnahkan oleh Kantor bea cukai, sisanya kita musnahkan hari ini,” jelasnya.
"Keberhasilan operasi dari pengumpulan informasi barang kena cukai ilegal berkat kerja sama tim dengan masyarakat yang sebelumnya telah mendapat sosialisasi tentang gempur rokok ilegal," tambahnya.
Kepala Seksi Penyidikan dan Barang Hasil Penindakan Bea Cukai Kediri, Heri Sustanto, mengatakan operasi akan digelar rutin setiap bulan di kantong-kantong peredaran rokok ilegal. Sasaran operasi dilakukan bersama Satpol-PP Kabupaten Kediri di toko-toko hingga toko kelontong.
"Jadi setiap bulannya kita lalu, pasti akan selalu melakukan operasi terkait kantong-kantong di mana ada rokok ilegal. Nah, termasuk pada dalam hal ini dengan teman-teman Satpol-PP Kabupaten Kediri. Sasaran termasuk toko-toko kecil dan toko-toko kelontong yang dijual rokok ilegal, berdasarkan informasi yang kami peroleh dari masyarakat," kata Heri.
Heri menambahkan, operasi berjalan proaktif berkat dukungan masyarakat. "Karena teman-teman Kabupaten Kediri selalu proaktif dan sangat proaktif sekali dengan kita, selalu melakukan operasi," ujarnya.

Ia menyebut masih ada 3.700 batang rokok ilegal hasil tangkapan 2025 yang belum dimusnahkan karena menunggu proses hasil lelang Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara (DJKN).
"Dari hasil tangkapan, ini yang dimusnahkan oleh teman-teman adalah tangkapan di tahun 2025 yang sudah mendapatkan persetujuan hasil pelelangan. Sementara yang belum mendapatkan persetujuan hasil pelelangan sebanyak 3.700 batang lagi," jelas Heri.
Terkait tren penindakan, Heri mengatakan jumlahnya fluktuatif tiap tahun. Namun pada tahun 2025 lalu kantor bea cukai Kediri berhasil mengamankan 40 juta batang dari 4 wilayah kerjanya, Kabupaten Kediri Kabupaten Nganjuk, Kabupaten Jombang dan Kota Kediri.
"Ini kecenderungan naik turun, kadang tahun ini bisa naik dan kadang tahun besok naik. Tapi berdasarkan hasil tangkapan di tahun kemarin kita mendapatkan tangkap yang sangat besar. Kita amankan 40 juta batang rokok ilegal dari tiga kabupaten dan satu kota," ungkapnya.
Sementara untuk peredaran di marketplace, pihaknya belum menemukan penjual masif asal Kabupaten Kediri.
"Di marketplace rata-rata kita sudah petakan, untuk yang di Kabupaten Kediri, kita belum menemukan secara masif yang berasalnya dari Kabupaten Kediri. Tapi dari kota-kota lain, yang tujuannya ke pembeliannya dari kota-kota lain dan tujuannya Kabupaten Kediri, kita sudah bekerjasama dengan pengusaha jasa titipan," pungkas Heri.
