JATIMTIMES - Kepala Disnaker-PMPTSP Kota Malang, Arif Tri Sastyawan, menyebut realisasi investasi triwulan pertama 2026 mencapai Rp1,018 triliun. Data itu tercatat per 27 April berdasarkan laporan resmi Kementerian Investasi.

Pemkot Malang menargetkan investasi sepanjang 2026 mencapai Rp3,2 triliun. Arif optimistis target itu tetap tercapai hingga akhir tahun.

“Per April kemarin sudah di angka Rp1 triliun 18 miliar sekian. Jadi triwulan pertama ini sudah dapat Rp1 triliun,” kata Arif.

Menurut dia, capaian investasi tahun ini relatif sama dibanding periode serupa tahun lalu. Namun, pemerintah berharap ada peningkatan dari sektor usaha baru.

Arif menyebut sektor jasa masih mendominasi arus investasi di Kota Malang. Kontribusi juga datang dari UMKM dan industri perhotelan.

“Masih banyak dari UMKM, perhotelan, dan usaha sektor jasa paling banyak,” ujarnya.

Pemkot Malang juga berupaya menjaga stabilitas daerah agar iklim investasi tetap kondusif. Salah satunya dengan mendorong dialog antara buruh dan pengusaha menjelang Hari Buruh Internasional.

Arif berharap aksi demonstrasi tidak mengganggu stabilitas keamanan daerah. Sebab, situasi itu dinilai memengaruhi minat investor menanam modal.

“Kalau demo di Kota Malang berarti stabilitas keamanan tidak bagus. Pengusaha nanti bisa menahan uangnya untuk investasi,” katanya.

Sebagai langkah antisipasi, Pemkot Malang menggelar sarasehan Hari Buruh pada 1 Mei 2026 malam. Forum itu mempertemukan serikat pekerja, asosiasi pengusaha, dan pemerintah daerah.

Arif mengatakan Wali Kota Malang Wahyu Hidayat akan hadir langsung menerima audiensi para buruh. Menurut dia, langkah itu menjadi yang pertama dilakukan kepala daerah di Kota Malang.

“Pak Wali berkenan menerima langsung audiensi dengan serikat buruh dan asosiasi pengusaha,” ujar Arif.
