PG Krebet Baru Giling 21 Juta Kuintal Tebu, Estimasi Rendemen Gula Meningkat Jadi 7,67 Persen

JATIMTIMES - Musim giling tebu tahun 2026 Rajawali I Unit Pabrik Gula (PG) Krebet Baru resmi dibuka hari ini, Jumat (1/5/2026). Rencananya, ada 21 juta kuintal tebu yang bakal digiling PG Krebet Baru dengan estimasi rendemen tebu yang mengalami peningkatan dari tahun sebelumnya.

Dari pantauan JatimTIMES,  agenda buka giling 2026 yang bertepatan dengan hari jadii PG Krebet Baru tersebut juga turut dihadiri oleh sejumlah pihak. Yakni mulai  direktur utama dan komisaris utama Rajawali I hingga pengurus Pusat Koperasi Primer Tebu Rakyat (PKPTR).

Pada kesempatan yang sama, agenda buka giling 2026 PG Krebet Baru tersebut juga turut dihadiri oleh sejumlah jajaran pemerintahan. Mulai Bupati Malang HM. Sanusi hingga deputi bidang koordinasi tata niaga dan distribusi pangan.

Dalam pernyataannya, Komisaris Utama Rajawali I Iqbal Andi Pakki menyebut, industri gula pada saat ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, baik dari segi teknis yang meliputi operasional maupun manajerial distribusi gula yang selalu dinamis. "Industri gula saat ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan mulai dari fluktuatif harga, perubahan iklim hingga persaingan global," ujarnya.

Namun, tantangan industri gula tersebut dapat diminimalisasi  PG Krebet Baru dengan melakukan berbagai kesiapan matang, termasuk mengenai ketahanan perusahaan dalam menghadapi tingkat keberlangsungan usaha produksi gula. "Kami berharap PG Krebet Baru mampu untuk terus menjaga produktivitas produksi sekaligus peningkatan kualitas hasil giling. Sehingga dapat menghasilkan kontribusi nyata bagi kebutuhan gula nasional," ujarnya.

Pada kesempatan yang sama,  jajaran komisaris Rajawali I juga turut mendorong peningkatan sinergi dengan sejumlah pihak. Yakni sinergitas antara PG Krebet Baru dengan para petani, hingga koperasi sebagai mitra strategis.

"Kami turut mengajak kepada seluruh pihak untuk terus berinovasi baik dalam teknologi pengolahan maupun produksi untuk mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi. Sehingga keberhasilan target dan rencana PG Krebet Baru dapat tercapai dalam rangka berkontribusi pada kebutuhan gula nasional," ujarnya.

Sebagaimana yang disampaikan sebelumnya, tebu yang bakal digiling oleh PG Krebet Baru pada musim 2026 tersebut rencananya mencapai 21 juta kuintal dengan estimasi rendemen yang mengalami peningkatan dibanding tahun sebelumnya menjadi 7,67 persen.

Sedangkan jumlah gula yang bakal dihasilkan pada musim giling 2026 tersebut diproyeksikan kurang lebih mencapai 161 ribu ton. Guna merealisasikan target tersebut, PG Krebet Baru juga telah melakukan berbagai kesiapan. Yakni persiapan mulai dari perawatan mesin hingga upaya peningkatan produksi yang jauh lebih efektif dan efisien.

Hal itu sebagaimana yang disampaikan oleh Direktur Utama Rajawali I Daniyanto. "Alhamdulillah, dengan perencanaan yang baik, Rajawali I Unit PG Krebet Baru bisa melaksanakan giling dan siap untuk mewujudkan musim giling yang lebih baik dari tahun lalu," ujarnya.

Daniyanto juga turut menyampaikan kesiapannya dalam melayani seluruh tebu dari para mitra. Baik dari PKPTR, koperasi, hingga seluruh mitra pemasok yang ada di lingkungan kerja PG Kerebet Baru.

"Kami memohon doa restu agar musim giling tahun ini menjadi keuntungan dan juga keberkahan bagi petani, koperasi, PG Karebet Baru, hingga bagi masyarakat sekitar maupun seluruh mitra. Rajawali I merupakan korporasi berbasis koperasi dan petani yang hingga kini masih eksis di Indonesia," pungkasnya.
