JATIMTIMES - Pada awal Mei 2026, Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kabupaten Malang mencatatkan perolehan 12 jenis pajak daerah mencapai Rp 214.677.386.285 atau 28,45 persen dari target sebesar Rp 754.677.666.534.
Kepala Bapenda Kabupaten Malang Made Arya Wedanthara menyampaikan, capaian perolehan 12 jenis pajak daerah sebesar 28,45 persen tersebut berdasarkan laporan melalui website sipanji.id pada Senin (4/5/2026) yang menunjukkan capaian perolehan pajak daerah secara real time dan transparan. Sipanji sendiri merupakan inovasi dari Bapenda Kabupaten Malang yang memiliki kepanjangan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Pajak Mandiri.

PBJT Jasa Kesenian dan Hiburan target Rp 8.138.978.570 terealisasi 38,23 persen atau Rp 3.111.601.095; Pajak Reklame target Rp 5.126.462.764 terealisasi 16,06 persen atau Rp 823.206.837; PBJT Tenaga Listrik target Rp 145.069.081.540 terealisasi 34,74 persen atau Rp 50.396.631.987; Pajak Mineral Bukan Logam dan Batuan (MBLB) target Rp 870.825.412 terealisasi 38,15 persen atau Rp 332.217.229; PBJT Jasa Parkir target Rp 1.588.295.198 terealisasi 32,70 persen atau Rp 519.365.935; Pajak Air Tanah target Rp 7.164.445.439 terealisasi 34,69 persen atau Rp 2.485.460.317.
Selanjutnya, untuk capain perolehan pajak daerah dari Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) target Rp 125.556.388.953 terealisasi 15,48 persen atau Rp 19.441.168.340; Bea Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB) target Rp 202.576.054.105 terealisasi 26,92 persen atau Rp 54.534.105.534.
Kemudian untuk Opsen Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor atau PKB target Rp 164.964.288.400 terealisasi 30,04 persen atau Rp 49.553.427.500; serta Opsen Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor atau BBNKB target Rp 64.738.728.900 terealisasi 35,69 persen atau Rp 23.104.239.500.
Dari laporan capaian perolehan 12 jenis pajak daerah, terdapat dua jenis pajak daerah yang perolehannya masih rendah. Yakni Pajak Reklame dan PBB. Made mengatakan, untuk Pajak Reklame terkadang melihat momentum-momentum besar ataupun acara yang ada di Kabupaten Malang.
"Untuk Pajak Reklame ini tergantung pada momentum hari besar atau acara-acara yang berlangsung di Kabupaten Malang. Biasanya mendekati Hari Jadi Kabupaten Malang nanti akan mengalami peningkatan," ungkap Made kepada JatimTIMES.com.

Untuk meningkatkan potensi, Bapenda Kabupaten Malang melakukan koordinasi dengan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMTSP) Kabupaten Malang serta Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kabupaten Malang.
"Pajak Reklame sedang kami koordinasikan dengan DPMPTSP dan Satpol PP untuk peningkatan potensi dan pencegahan yang tidak berizin," ujar Made.
Selain itu, untuk perolehan PBB yang masih rendah, Made menyebut hal itu merupakan siklus tahunan. Di mana para wajib pajak akan melakukan kewajibannya untuk membayar PBB mendekati tanggal jatuh tempo.
"Kalau PBB itu memang siklus tahunan. Para wajib pajak biasanya membayar mendekati jatuh tempo di Juli nanti. Untuk memacu perolehan PBB kita masifkan jemput bola melalui layanan Bapenda Menyapa Warga atau BMW," pungkas Made.
