JATIMTIMES - Seorang pria, dilaporkan ke polisi karena mengamuk dan membawa senjata tajam. Kejadian ini ditangani oleh Polsek Tulungagung Kota ke lokasi yang dilaporkan oleh warga sekitar.
"Petugas Polsek Tulungagung Kota mendatangi lokasi pengaduan masyarakat terkait adanya seorang pria yang mengamuk sambil membawa senjata tajam," kata Kasihumas Polres Tulungagung, Iptu Nanang Murdianto.

TKP pria membawa sajam ini berada di Jalan Teuku Umar, Kelurahan Kutoanyar, Kecamatan/Kabupaten Tulungagung.
Kegiatan dipimpin langsung Kapolsek Tulungagung Kota Kompol Puji Hartanto bersama personel Kijang 01 Polsek Tulungagung Kota, Minggu (10/05/2026) pukul 24.00 wib.
Kapolsek Tulungagung Kota Kompol Puji Hartanto mengatakan, pihaknya segera merespon laporan masyarakat.
"Respon ini guna mengantisipasi potensi gangguan kamtibmas dan menjaga keselamatan warga sekitar," ucapnya.
Sesampainya di lokasi sekitar pukul 00.15 WIB, personel langsung melakukan pendekatan persuasif dan mediasi terhadap terlapor.
Pria yang diamankan diketahui berinisial H (51), warga Kelurahan Kutoanyar, Tulungagung.

Setelah situasi berhasil dikendalikan, petugas kemudian mengamankan yang bersangkutan dan selanjutnya dilimpahkan ke SPKT Polres Tulungagung untuk penanganan lebih lanjut.
"Dengan gerak cepat personel kepolisian, situasi di lokasi dapat segera terkendali dan tetap aman kondusif," ungkapnya.
