JATIMTIMES - Razia tim gabungan dari unsur Polri, TNI, Satpol PP, Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Tulungagung, ke outlet minuman keras, tak berhasil membawa barang sitaan. Hal ini dikarenakan, semua minuman keras yang dijual di outlet di wilayah Kecamatan Boyolangu itu, mempunyai perizinan lengkap. 

Kabagops Polres Tulungagung, Kompol Maga Fidri Isdiawan yang turun langsung ke outlet, menegaskan bahwa razia yang dilakukan untuk memeriksa kelengkapan izin jual dan operasional usaha.

"Pemeriksaan ini penting untuk memastikan aktivitas usaha tidak melanggar aturan," kata Maga, Rabu (13/5/2026). 

Setelah melakukan pengecekan pada outlet yang terdapat barbagai macam merk minuman keras ini, tim gabungan tak menemukan barang yang ilegal. 

"Yang jelas, dari Disperindag dan Dinas Perizinan menyatakan izin jualan mirasnya legal," ucap Maga. 

Oleh karena kelengkapan perizinan telah dipenuhi dan semua barang berupa miras telah dinyatakan legal, razia ini tak membawa barang sitaan. 

Namun demikian, razia akan dilanjutkan ke lokasi lain yang diduga menjual minuman keras. Jika ditemukan minuman keras ilegal atau tak mempunyai izin, maka petugas memastikan akan menyitanya sebagai barang bukti.

Dari keterangan pemilik outlet yang bernama Rizki, minuman keras yang dijual semua telah melalui proses dan dilengkapi dengan perizinan dari pihak terkait. 

Saat di razia, semua dokumen perizinan ini diperlihatkan ke petugas. Outlet yang baru buka lima bulan ini memastikan bahwa seluruh prosedur telah dilalui, sehingga penjualan yang dilakukan telah dilengkapi oleh dengan dokumen yang sah dan resmi dari pihak terkait.
