JATIMTIMES - Pemerintah pusat telah menetapkan proses pelaksanaan Work From Home (WFH) atau bekerja dari rumah bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di masing-masing instansi diperpanjang hingga dua bulan ke depan. Hal itu dilakukan sebagai upaya pemerintah dalam menghemat energi di tengah kondisi geopolitik yang belum mereda.

Kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Malang Nurman Ramdansyah menyampaikan, pihaknya komitmen akan menjalankan kebijakan perpanjangan WFH ASN yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah pusat.

Nurman menyebut, sejak awal April 2026 hingga Jumat (22/5/2026), ASN Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Malang telah melaksanakan kebijakan WFH. Di mana dalam pelaksanaannya, Pemkab Malang secara acak menerapkan WFH ASN terhadap 500 ASN setiap hari Jumat.

"Kami setiap hari Jumat telah melaksanakan Apel online secara random dan terbatas terhadap para ASN yang WFH. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kami terkait pelaksanaan WFH ASN, semuanya sudah berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan," ungkap Nurman kepada JatimTIMES.com.

Pihaknya menyebutkan, masing-masing kepala perangkat daerah juga telah diinstruksikan untuk melakukan pengawasan secara langsung terhadap para ASN di masing-masing perangkat daerahnya dalam rangka pelaksanaan kebijakan WFH ASN.

"Penekanan dari Bapak Bupati, bahwa masing-masing kepala perangkat daerah bertanggung jawab atas pelaksanaan WFH di masing-masing perangkat daerahnya. Salah satunya melalui foto ASN saat WFH menggunakan geotagging," jelas Nurman.

Menurutnya, selama pelaksanaan WFH ASN Pemkab Malang sejak awal April 2026 hingga Jumat (22/5/2026) tidak ditemukan pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh ASN Pemkab Malang saat pelaksanaan WFH. Hal itu disebabkan adanya pengawasam secara ketat dari BKPSDM Kabupaten Malang, maupun di masing-masing perangkat daerah.

Meskipun tidak ditemukan pelanggaran ASN saat pelaksanaan WFH, Nurman terus mengimbau kepada seluruh ASN Pemkab Malang untuk dapat berperilaku disiplin selama pelaksanaan kebijakan WFH. Pasalnya, jika ditemukan pelanggaran, maka akan ada sanksi yang diberikan kepada ASN, baik yang melaksanakan WFH maupun Work From Office (WFO) atau bekerja dari kantor.

Pihaknya menyebutkan, mengenai pengenaan sanksi telah diatur dengan jelas melalui Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 94 Tahun 2021 tentang Disiplin PNS. Di mana untuk penanganan pelanggaran terhadap ASN, akan melalui serangkaian pemeriksaan untuk menentukan kadar kesalahan masing-masing ASN.

Sementara itu, ia juga menambahkan, pelaksanaan WFH ASN Pemkab Malang juga berdampak terhadap pengeluaran operasional di masing-masing perangkat daerah. Utamanya untuk Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM), listrik, air dan tagihan internet.

"Pelaksanaan WFH ini juga berdampak terhadap penghematan BBM, listrik, air maupun internet di masing-masing perangkat daerah. Semuanya dalam proses penghitungan di Bagian Organisasi Setda Kabupaten Malang dan Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Kabupaten Malang," pungkas Nurman.
