JATIMTIMES Hari Lahir Pancasila yang jatuh pada 1 Juni 2026 serta H-2 berakhirnya Program MeiLAJU (Mei Lebih Terang), PLN Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Malang menggelar kegiatan Sapa Pelanggan Keliling (Sarling) secara serentak di seluruh wilayah Malang Raya. Kegiatan ini menjadi upaya PLN untuk semakin mendekatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan sekaligus mengoptimalkan sosialisasi program tambah daya listrik dengan diskon 50 persen.
Sarling dilaksanakan oleh jajaran manajemen dan pegawai PLN UP3 Malang dengan mengunjungi pelanggan di berbagai wilayah kerja. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan informasi layanan kelistrikan, menyerap aspirasi pelanggan, serta mengedukasi masyarakat mengenai berbagai kemudahan layanan melalui aplikasi PLN Mobile.
Selain mempererat hubungan dengan pelanggan, kegiatan ini juga dimanfaatkan untuk mengingatkan masyarakat terkait Program MeiLAJU yang masih berlangsung hingga 2 Juni 2026. Melalui program tersebut, pelanggan tegangan rendah satu fasa dengan daya awal 450 VA hingga 5.500 VA dapat menikmati diskon biaya tambah daya sebesar 50 persen melalui transaksi di PLN Mobile sesuai syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku.

Manager PLN UP3 Malang, Agung Wibowo , menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan Sarling merupakan wujud komitmen PLN untuk terus hadir di tengah masyarakat dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan.
“Menjelang Hari Lahir Pancasila, kami ingin menghadirkan semangat pelayanan yang semakin dekat, responsif, dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan Sarling ini, PLN tidak hanya menyerap aspirasi pelanggan secara langsung, tetapi juga mengajak masyarakat memanfaatkan kesempatan terakhir Program MeiLAJU yang memberikan diskon tambah daya sebesar 50 persen,” ujar Agung Wibowo.
Agung mengatakan, program tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu pelanggan memenuhi kebutuhan listrik yang terus berkembang dengan biaya yang lebih hemat.
“Kami berharap program ini dapat membantu pelanggan memenuhi kebutuhan listrik yang terus berkembang dengan biaya yang lebih hemat. Sampai 31 Mei ini kurang lebih 1.200 pelanggan Malang Raya sudah mendapatkan manfaat diskon MeiLAJU,” tambahnya.
Agung menambahkan bahwa kebutuhan listrik masyarakat terus meningkat seiring bertambahnya penggunaan peralatan elektronik untuk aktivitas rumah tangga, pendidikan, maupun usaha. Oleh karena itu, Program MeiLAJU diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi bagi pelanggan yang membutuhkan kapasitas listrik lebih besar untuk mendukung aktivitas sehari-hari.
Melalui kegiatan Sarling serentak se-Malang Raya, PLN UP3 Malang berharap semakin banyak pelanggan yang memperoleh manfaat dari berbagai program layanan PLN sekaligus meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap kemudahan layanan digital yang tersedia melalui PLN Mobile.
