JATIMTIMES - Dinas Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Kabupaten Tulungagung, kembali memproses Izin Usaha Toko Swalayan. Dalam proses yang diajukan pihak pemilik atau pengelola toko swalayan (Alfamart Ngunut) baru ini, petugas dari Disperindag Kabupaten Tulungagung datang ke lokasi guna memastikan kesesuaian persyaratan administrasi dengan kelengkapan teknis.

Kepala Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tulungagung, Fajar Widariyanto mengatakan untuk memperoleh rekomendasi IUTS, pihak toko swalayan / toko modern harus melengkapi persyaratan sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan daerah atau ketentuannya.

"Misalnya, harus memenuhi ketersediaan produk UMKM/IKM lokal dan kesesuaian MoU antara Toko Swalayan dengan UMKM/IKM," kata Fajar, Selasa (2/6/2026).

Selain itu, toko swalayan atau toko modern yang mengajukan rekomendasi IUTS juga harus berlokasi dengan jarak yang tidak berdekatan dengan pasar tradisional atau pasar rakyat. "Syarat atau ketentuan lain adalah masalah jarak toko swalayan ke pasar rakyat," ujarnya. 

Jarak ini minimal 1000 meter atau 1 kilometer antara toko swalayan/toko modern dan pasar rakyat. 

Selain survei ini, rekomendasi IUTS juga dapat diberikan jika toko swalayan terdapat fasilitas umum dan sosial yang memenuhi standar atau kriteria. "Selanjutnya yakni soal fasilitas umum dan sosial yang tersedia," ungkapnya.

Fasilitas umum ini biasanya terdiri dari area parkir dan toilet yang disediakan oleh pihak toko dalam rangka memenuhi standar dari calon pembeli atau pelanggan.

Sedangkan fasilitas sosial yang ada di toko swalayan/toko modern dapat dalam bentuk gerai atau lingkungan di area toko. Misalnya ruang tunggu, program inklusi untuk disabilitas, aduan konsumen dan lain sebagainya.
