JATIMTIMES - Perhatian terhadap kesehatan para sukarelawan pengatur lalu lintas (Supeltas) menjadi fokus Polresta Malang Kota. Dibuktikan dengan sebanyak 80 Supeltas mendapatkan layanan pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis di belakang Pos Polisi Alun-Alun Kota Malang.

Para supeltas sangat antusias memanfaatkan fasilitas pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis. Setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan, hasilnya terdapat 23 orang yang dinyatakan dalam kondisi normal.

Selebihnya atau 58 orang mengalami berbagai keluhan kesehatan. Keluhanjua ada yang kadar asam urat tinggi, nyeri otot, flu, hipertensi, batuk, hingga diabetes melitus.

Hal tersebut diungkapkan Kasidokkes Polresta Malang Kota, dr. Wiwin Indriani, Jumat (5/6/2026). Ia mengatakan kondisi tersebut menjadi perhatian karena kesehatan para Supeltas berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas mereka saat membantu mengatur lalu lintas di jalan raya.

“Kesehatan menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung kinerja para Supeltas di lapangan. Karena itu, kami memberikan edukasi serta penanganan awal agar kondisi mereka tetap terjaga dan dapat menjalankan aktivitas dengan baik,” kata dr. Wiwin.

Selain pemeriksaan kesehatan, para Supeltas juga mendapat pembinaan dari Unit Kamsel Satlantas Polresta Malang Kota. Mewakili Kanit Kamsel, Bripka Ratih mengatakan keberadaan para relawan tersebut selama ini cukup membantu tugas kepolisian dalam menjaga kelancaran arus lalu lintas.

“Supeltas merupakan mitra Polri yang selama ini ikut berperan aktif membantu pengaturan lalu lintas. Melalui kegiatan ini kami ingin memperkuat komunikasi dan meningkatkan sinergi yang telah terjalin,” ucap Ratih.

Dalam kegiatan tersebut, para Supeltas juga memperoleh sosialisasi dari Jasa Raharja terkait aplikasi JRKU sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai keselamatan berlalu lintas dan perlindungan bagi masyarakat.

Lewat kegiatan tersebut, Polresta Malang Kota menegaskan komitmennya untuk terus membangun kolaborasi dengan masyarakat, khususnya Supeltas, sebagai mitra strategis dalam mewujudkan keamanan, keselamatan, ketertiban, dan kelancaran lalu lintas di wilayah Kota Malang.
