JATIMTIMES – Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Kota Kediri melakukan audiensi dengan DPRD Kota Kediri guna membahas transparansi penggunaan anggaran, capaian prestasi atlet, serta kebutuhan pembinaan olahraga menuju Pekan Olahraga Provinsi (Porprov) Jatim X 2027.
Audiensi yang berlangsung di gedung DPRD Kota Kediri tersebut dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua DPRD Kota Kediri Firdaus.dan dihadiri jajaran pengurus KONI Kota Kediri serta perwakilan dari Dinas Kebudayaan, Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Kediri.

Ketua KONI Kota Kediri Eko Agus Koko menegaskan bahwa kehadiran KONI dalam forum tersebut merupakan bentuk keterbukaan kepada legislatif terkait pengelolaan anggaran olahraga dan capaian prestasi yang telah diraih Kota Kediri selama ini.
"Paling penting adalah transparansi. Kami ingin menunjukkan kepada Dewan bahwa inilah kerja KONI, sehingga tidak ada miskomunikasi di luar. Penggunaan anggaran harus dilihat dari prestasi nyata yang telah dicapai, termasuk keberhasilan Kota Kediri masuk peringkat empat besar Porprov Jatim," ujar Koko.
Prestasi Besar, Tantangan Pembinaan Masih Tinggi
KONI Kota Kediri mencatat prestasi konsisten dengan selalu berada di jajaran empat besar Porprov Jatim sejak gelaran Porprov Jatim I hingga IX. Namun demikian, KONI mengakui masih terdapat berbagai kendala di lapangan, khususnya terkait keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana (sapras) sejumlah cabang olahraga.
Dalam pemaparannya, KONI menyampaikan bahwa kebutuhan pembinaan atlet ke depan semakin besar, terlebih untuk menyongsong Porprov Jatim X 2027 di Surabaya.
KONI Kota Kediri memproyeksikan kebutuhan anggaran Rp21 miliar untuk tahun pelaksanaan porprov dan Rp14 miliar untuk tahun non-porprov.
Angka tersebut mencakup kebutuhan pembinaan atlet, pengembangan sport science, bonus prestasi, hingga perbaikan fasilitas olahraga di berbagai cabang olahraga.
"Setiap tahun kami menghitung kebutuhan sekitar Rp14 miliar untuk pembinaan dan menutupi kekurangan sarana prasarana. Namun realisasi anggaran yang diterima berbeda, sehingga kami harus menyusun strategi lebih ketat," tambah Koko.
Usulan dan Realisasi Anggaran
Dalam audiensi tersebut, KONI Kota Kediri juga menjelaskan proses pengajuan anggaran tahun 2026. Sebelumnya, KONI mengajukan anggaran sebesar Rp14,8 miliar kepada Bappeda dan Disbudparpora. Namun pada realisasinya, KONI menerima anggaran sebesar Rp6 miliar.
Sementara pada pelaksanaan Porprov Jatim IX 2025 lalu, total anggaran yang terealisasi sekitar Rp10 miliar, termasuk bonus atlet sebesar Rp6,5 miliar.

Menurut KONI, peningkatan kebutuhan anggaran ke depan tidak hanya berkaitan dengan target prestasi, tetapi juga untuk memperkuat sistem pembinaan atlet yang lebih modern dan terukur.
Dorongan Penguatan Komunikasi dengan Pemerintah Daerah
Dalam rapat dengar pendapat tersebut, sejumlah anggota DPRD Kota Kediri dari gabungan fraksi memberikan masukan agar KONI terus memperkuat komunikasi dengan Pemerintah Kota Kediri, khususnya dengan Wali Kota Kediri, Vinanda Prameswati.
Menanggapi hal tersebut, KONI Kota Kediri menyampaikan bahwa koordinasi dengan pemerintah daerah selama ini telah berjalan secara rutin, meskipun tetap terdapat dinamika dalam proses pencairan maupun penetapan final anggaran.

KONI Kota Kediri menegaskan komitmennya untuk terus meningkatkan prestasi olahraga melalui pembinaan atlet yang berkelanjutan, transparan, dan berbasis kebutuhan nyata di lapangan.
Dengan dukungan semua pihak, KONI optimistis Kota Kediri dapat mempertahankan bahkan meningkatkan prestasi pada Porprov Jatim X 2027 mendatang.
