Kemenangan atas Oman memberikan tambahan 6,56 poin bagi Indonesia dalam perhitungan ranking FIFA. Total poin yang dikumpulkan Tim Garuda kini mencapai 1.151,45 poin, cukup untuk mengangkat posisi Indonesia ke peringkat ke-118 dunia.
Sementara itu, Oman tetap berada di posisi ke-79 dunia meski harus menelan kekalahan di Jakarta. Tim asal Timur Tengah tersebut saat ini mengoleksi 1.306,90 poin.
Indonesia Masih Tiga Besar ASEAN Di kawasan Asia Tenggara, Indonesia masih menjadi negara dengan ranking FIFA terbaik ketiga. Posisi tersebut berada di bawah Thailand dan Vietnam yang masih memimpin persaingan regional.

Thailand saat ini menempati peringkat ke-94 dunia meski turun satu tingkat setelah ditahan imbang Kuwait dengan skor 2-2. Sementara Vietnam berada di posisi ke-99 dunia.
Adapun Indonesia unggul atas sejumlah negara Asia Tenggara lainnya, termasuk Filipina, Malaysia, dan Singapura. Filipina saat ini berada di peringkat ke-135 dunia, sedangkan Malaysia menempati urutan ke-137.
Sementara itu, Singapura turun ke posisi ke-149 dunia setelah kalah 1-2 dari China dalam pertandingan internasional yang digelar pada periode FIFA Matchday Juni 2026.
Kemenangan atas Oman menjadi sinyal positif bagi perkembangan Timnas Indonesia yang terus menunjukkan peningkatan performa di level internasional. Selain mendongkrak kepercayaan diri pemain, hasil ini juga memperkuat posisi Indonesia dalam persaingan ranking FIFA di kawasan Asia Tenggara.
