JATIMTIMES – Seorang pria berinisial A.H. (59), warga Desa Kepatihan, Kecamatan Kedungwaru, Kabupaten Tulungagung, meninggal dunia saat mengikuti kegiatan di kawasan Candi Dadi, Desa Wajak Kidul, Kecamatan Boyolangu, Minggu (14/6/2026).

Korban yang berstatus aparatur sipil negara (ASN) itu sebelumnya mengikuti kegiatan pembuatan saluran air bersama anggota komunitas SABDA (Sahabat Bumi dan Budaya) Alumni SMUKED.

Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun petugas, sekitar pukul 07.00 WIB korban berangkat menuju lokasi bersama sekitar 15 anggota komunitas. Setelah beberapa jam melakukan aktivitas di kawasan Candi Dadi, rombongan beristirahat sekitar pukul 10.30 WIB untuk makan dan minum.

Saat beristirahat, korban mendadak lemas dan tidak sadarkan diri. Rekan-rekannya kemudian berusaha memberikan pertolongan serta meminta bantuan tenaga medis yang berada di lokasi, termasuk seorang dokter spesialis paru.

Meski sempat mendapatkan pertolongan, kondisi korban tidak kunjung membaik. Saat proses evakuasi dari kawasan Candi Dadi, korban dinyatakan meninggal dunia.

Peristiwa tersebut kemudian dilaporkan kepada kepolisian dan petugas kesehatan. Jenazah selanjutnya dievakuasi ke RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung untuk menjalani pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.

Dari keterangan sejumlah rekan korban, sebelum kegiatan berlangsung A.H. tidak mengeluhkan gangguan kesehatan maupun keluhan sakit tertentu.

Sementara itu, hasil olah tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) dan pemeriksaan luar yang dilakukan petugas medis tidak menemukan adanya tanda-tanda kekerasan atau luka pada tubuh korban.

Berdasarkan keterangan keluarga, korban diketahui memiliki riwayat tekanan darah tinggi yang pernah dialami sekitar dua bulan lalu. Keluarga juga telah menyatakan menerima peristiwa tersebut sebagai musibah dan menolak dilakukan autopsi.

Kapolsek Boyolangu AKP Retno Pujiarsih mengatakan petugas langsung mendatangi lokasi setelah menerima laporan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan awal dan berkoordinasi dengan tenaga medis.

“Dari hasil pemeriksaan awal tidak ditemukan adanya tanda-tanda kekerasan pada tubuh korban. Selanjutnya penanganan dilakukan bersama petugas medis dan pihak keluarga telah menerima kejadian ini sebagai musibah," jelas AKP Retno Pujiarsih.

Hingga proses penanganan selesai, tidak ditemukan indikasi tindak pidana dalam peristiwa tersebut. Jenazah korban kemudian diserahkan kepada keluarga untuk dimakamkan.
