JATIMTIMES – Penyelidikan kasus dugaan pengeroyokan yang menyeret nama oknum Wakil Ketua Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Kota Batu berinisial SA dipastikan terus bergulir dan memasuki babak baru di ranah kepolisian.
Aparat Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Batu kini terpantau semakin memperdalam pembuktian perkara dengan memeriksa dua orang saksi tambahan yang diketahui berada langsung di lokasi kejadian perkara.

Dengan adanya tambahan tersebut, tim penyidik Korps Bhayangkara tercatat telah memeriksa total delapan orang saksi guna mengurai tabir dugaan penganiayaan secara bersama-sama terhadap seorang pengusaha lokal berinisial RC.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Batu AKP Zaenal Arifin membenarkan adanya pemeriksaan maraton tersebut untuk memperkuat pemenuhan alat bukti di lembar berita acara pemeriksaan.
"Ada dua saksi tambahan yang telah kami periksa secara intensif pada Rabu (17/6/2026). Mereka adalah saksi mata yang posisinya berada langsung di tempat kejadian perkara (TKP)," ungkap AKP Zaenal Arifin.
Sebelumnya, penyidik telah memanggil enam orang terlebih dahulu yang terdiri atas korban pelapor, yakni RC, dua saksi mata di TKP, serta tiga orang pihak terlapor yang masing-masing berinisial SA, H, dan ADS alias M.
Duduk perkara kasus ini sendiri bermula dari laporan resmi yang dilayangkan korban RC pasca -insiden keributan di Gedung Serbaguna Kelurahan Dadaprejo, Kecamatan Junrejo, Kota Batu, seusai menonton laga bulu tangkis.
Gesekan fisik tersebut diduga kuat dipicu oleh adanya perbedaan dukungan terhadap tim yang tengah bertanding di lapangan hingga berujung pada aksi pencegatan, penamparan berulang, hingga makian bernada rasis yang diterima korban.
Pihak korban sendiri dikabarkan memilih menempuh jalur hukum secara tegak lurus lantaran upaya penyelesaian secara kekeluargaan melalui jalur mediasi sebelumnya berujung buntet tanpa kesepakatan.
Di sisi lain, jajaran pengurus teras KONI Kota Batu memastikan mengambil sikap tidak akan gegabah untuk buru-buru menonaktifkan SA dari jabatan strategisnya sebagai wakil ketua organisasi.

Ketua KONI Kota Batu Sentot Ari Wahyudi menegaskan pihak organisasi memilih bersikap objektif dengan menghormati penuh asas praduga tak bersalah dari proses penyelidikan yang tengah berjalan di kepolisian.
"Kami tidak melakukan penonaktifan terhadap yang bersangkutan, karena proses hukum masih berjalan dan posisi SA yang sebenarnya di dalam kasus ini kan kita semua belum tahu pasti," urai Sentot.
Pihaknya menjamin roda organisasi olahraga di Kota Batu tidak akan terganggu dan tetap berjalan normal sebagaimana mestinya sembari memberikan ruang bagi yang bersangkutan untuk fokus menyelesaikan persoalan hukumnya.
Dirinya juga menggarisbawahi secara tegas bahwa insiden pemukulan tersebut murni merupakan masalah personal antarpendukung klub sepak bola dan sama sekali tidak melibatkan instruksi kerja resmi organisasi KONI Kota Batu.
"Kami berharap kasus yang membawa nama pengurusnya ini bisa segera menemukan titik terang," imbuhnya.
