JATIMTIMES – Dinas Pendidikan (Dindik) Kota Batu telah mengeluarkan surat pemberitahuan resmi guna menyikapi simpang siur informasi di media sosial terkait hasil Olimpiade Sains Nasional Tingkat Kabupaten/Kota (OSN-K) 2026. Dari sebelumnya muncul dugaan nihilnya berkas siswa di OSN, Dinas Pendidikan mengklarifikasi bahwa kabar yang menyebutkan delegasi siswa Kota Batu tidak lolos seleksi kompetisi tersebut adalah informasi keliru atau tidak benar.

Melalui surat nomor 420/755/35.79.401/VI/2026 yang ditandatangani secara elektronik, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Batu, Alfi Nurhidayat, menegaskan bahwa status hasil kelulusan siswa sejatinya belum dirilis oleh pemerintah pusat. Kota Batu menjadi salah satu dari belasan daerah di Jawa Timur yang daftar pengumuman resminya masih tertunda dari pusat.

"Menindaklanjuti surat Kepala Pusat Prestasi Nasional Kementerian Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Republik Indonesia Nomor 1194/B/H3/PN.00/2026 tanggal 27 Juni 2026, bahwa Kota Batu beserta 12 Kabupaten/Kota belum masuk dalam daftar pengumuman OSN-K," tulis Alfi Nurhidayat dalam surat pemberitahuan resmi. Srat tersebut tertera dibuat pada 29 Juni 2026.

Keterlambatan rilis data ini menyasar pada pengumuman hasil seleksi tingkat berjenjang, mulai dari jenjang SD/MI/Sederajat hingga jenjang SMP/MTs/Sederajat. Akibat belum masuknya daftar nama tersebut, muncul spekulasi liar di kalangan wali murid dan ekosistem pendidikan digital yang memicu kegaduhan domestik.

Menyikapi hal itu, Dindik Kota Batu menginstruksikan kepada seluruh Kepala Sekolah baik negeri maupun swasta untuk segera melakukan langkah penenangan di internal lembaga masing-masing. Dikatakan, Informasi berkala harus disampaikan secara jernih agar getaran isu negatif tidak merugikan psikologis siswa peserta lomba.

"Dimohon agar Bapak/Ibu Kepala Sekolah dapat menyampaikan kepada guru, siswa peserta OSN-K, dan atau orang tua siswa agar untuk bersabar terlebih dahulu," urai Alfi dalam poin instruksinya.

Pihaknya juga mewanti-wanti seluruh elemen pendidikan di Kota Batu agar tidak mudah terprovokasi oleh narasi-narasi kurang tepat yang digulirkan oleh akun-akun tidak bertanggung jawab di dunia maya. Dindik memastikan proses penilaian tetap berjalan objektif di tingkat kementerian.

"Masyarakat diimbau tidak mudah terpancing atas informasi yang beredar di media sosial. Saat ini Dinas Pendidikan Kota Batu masih terus berkoordinasi dengan Kepala Pusat Prestasi Nasional terkait pengumuman hasil OSN-K yang telah dilaksanakan di Kota Batu," pungkasnya.

Hingga berita ini diturunkan, Dinas Pendidikan Kota Batu masih menunggu sinkronisasi data final dari Kemendikbudristek. Dindik berjanji akan langsung menyebarluaskan hasil kelulusan resmi kompetisi sains tersebut melalui lembaran surat edaran resmi lanjutan begitu dokumen dari pusat telah diterima.
