JATIMTIMES - Kabar baik datang dari sektor ketenagakerjaan tanah air. Pertamina Group resmi membuka program internship bagi lulusan perguruan tinggi (fresh graduate) yang ingin menambah pengalaman kerja di dunia profesional, khususnya di industri energi nasional.

Program ini menjadi salah satu langkah strategis Pertamina Group dalam menjaring sekaligus membina talenta muda agar siap menghadapi kebutuhan industri yang semakin kompetitif. Dalam pelaksanaannya, lebih dari 400 peserta akan ditempatkan di 21 entitas bisnis yang berada di bawah naungan Pertamina Group.

Pendaftaran Dibuka Singkat, Hanya 1–5 Juli 2026

Pendaftaran program internship ini dibuka dalam waktu terbatas, yakni mulai 1 hingga 5 Juli 2026. Seluruh proses pendaftaran dilakukan secara online melalui kanal resmi perusahaan.

Pertamina menegaskan bahwa seluruh proses rekrutmen tidak dipungut biaya dalam bentuk apa pun. Masyarakat diminta untuk berhati-hati terhadap berbagai modus penipuan yang mengatasnamakan rekrutmen perusahaan.

Vice President Corporate Communication Pertamina, Muhammad Baron, menyampaikan bahwa program ini terbuka bagi seluruh lulusan perguruan tinggi yang ingin mengembangkan diri di lingkungan Pertamina Group.

“Program Internship terbuka bagi seluruh lulusan perguruan tinggi yang ingin berkembang bersama Pertamina Group,” ujar Baron.

Ia menambahkan, program ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan ekosistem rekrutmen yang lebih terbuka serta memberikan ruang belajar bagi generasi muda agar siap bersaing di dunia kerja.

Selain itu, peserta juga akan mendapatkan pengalaman kerja langsung, mulai dari pengenalan proses bisnis hingga keterlibatan dalam aktivitas operasional di berbagai unit perusahaan.

Salah satu keunggulan program ini adalah penempatan peserta di 21 entitas bisnis di bawah Pertamina Group. Hal ini memungkinkan peserta untuk mengenal berbagai lini usaha yang ada, mulai dari sektor hulu hingga hilir energi.

Dengan cakupan yang luas tersebut, peserta diharapkan dapat memahami proses bisnis energi secara menyeluruh serta meningkatkan kemampuan dan daya saing di dunia kerja profesional.

Cara Mendaftar Internship Pertamina Group

Bagi lulusan baru yang berminat mengikuti program ini, berikut langkah-langkah pendaftaran yang perlu dilakukan:

• Membuat akun di laman resmi https://recruitment.pertamina.com

• Melengkapi data diri secara lengkap dan benar

• Masuk ke menu “Lowongan Kerja”

• Memilih kategori Internship

• Mengajukan lamaran sesuai posisi yang diminati. 

Pertamina kembali menegaskan bahwa seluruh proses rekrutmen dilakukan secara resmi melalui kanal yang telah ditentukan. Tidak ada pungutan biaya dalam bentuk apa pun selama proses seleksi berlangsung.

Masyarakat diimbau untuk tidak mudah percaya pada pihak yang menjanjikan kelulusan dengan imbalan tertentu, karena seluruh proses rekrutmen hanya dilakukan melalui kanal resmi, yaitu website rekrutmen dan akun Instagram resmi @pertamina serta @pertaminacareer. Tidak ada pungutan biaya dalam bentuk apa pun selama proses seleksi berlangsung.

Program internship ini diharapkan menjadi pintu awal bagi generasi muda untuk membangun karier di industri energi nasional. Selain pengalaman kerja, peserta juga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan teknis maupun non-teknis yang dibutuhkan di dunia profesional.
