JATIMTIMES – Pasca  rangkaian peringatan Hari Bhayangkara ke-80, Satlantas Polresta Banyuwangi menunjukkan komitmen untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas layanan dengan menghadirkan pelayanan publik yang mudah, cepat, dan humanis sehingga mendapatkan respon positif dari masyarakat. 

Hal tersebut terlihat dengan semakin meningkatnya antusiasme warga yang mengajukan pembuatan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) baru maupun perpanjangan di Satpas SIM Polresta Banyuwangi, Rabu (8/7/2026).

Pelayanan yang terus ditingkatkan tersebut menjadi bagian dari komitmen Satlantas Polresta Banyuwangi dalam memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat, sekaligus memperkuat semangat pelayanan prima pasca peringatan Hari Bhayangkara ke-80.

Kanit Regident Satlantas Polresta Banyuwangi, AKP Famda Egga Prasnada, melalui Baur SIM Satpas Banyuwangi, Aipda I Putu Gede Juliardana, mengatakan pihaknya terus berupaya memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada seluruh pemohon SIM, baik untuk pembuatan baru maupun perpanjangan.

"Komitmen kami adalah memberikan pelayanan yang ramah, mudah, transparan, dan humanis kepada seluruh masyarakat. Kami ingin memastikan setiap pemohon mendapatkan pelayanan sesuai prosedur tanpa dipersulit," ujarnya.

Dia menjelaskan, seluruh tahapan pembuatan SIM tetap mengacu pada ketentuan yang berlaku, mulai pemeriksaan kesehatan, tes psikologi, ujian teori, hingga ujian praktik. Namun, seluruh proses dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan pelayanan yang lebih komunikatif dan berorientasi pada kepuasan masyarakat.

Pelayanan profesional petugas  Satpas Polresta Banyuwangi mendapat apresiasi warga masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah Vito Fachri (18 tahun), warga Boyolangu, Kecamatan Giri, yang baru mengurus SIM sebagai salah satu persyaratan untuk mendaftar sebagai pengemudi ojek online.

"Saya baru lulus sekolah dan ingin membuat SIM untuk persyaratan mendaftar ojek online. Prosesnya ternyata mudah, mulai tes kesehatan, psikotes sampai praktik berjalan lancar. Petugas juga ramah dan tidak mempersulit," ungkap Vito.

Apresiasi serupa disampaikan Muhammad Ilham Pratama, warga Kalibaru, yang awalnya mengaku sempat mendengar anggapan mengurus SIM merupakan proses yang rumit.

 Namun setelah mengalaminya sendiri, ia justru merasakan pelayanan yang cepat dan bersahabat."Awalnya saya dengar dari masyarakat kalau bikin SIM itu susah. Setelah saya datang langsung, ternyata prosesnya mudah, petugasnya ramah dan membantu menjelaskan setiap tahapan," katanya.

Satlantas Polresta Banyuwangi berharap pelayanan yang profesional, transparan, dan humanis dapat terus meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat sekaligus mendorong kesadaran pengendara untuk memiliki SIM sebagai bukti kompetensi dan legalitas dalam berlalu lintas.
