Daftar Negara dengan Tingkat Stres Kerja Tertinggi di ASEAN 2026, Indonesia Urutan Berapa?

JATIMTIMES - Tingkat stres dalam dunia kerja menjadi salah satu perhatian di berbagai negara, termasuk kawasan Asia Tenggara. Berdasarkan data yang dirilis Seasia Stats, sejumlah negara ASEAN tercatat memiliki tingkat stres kerja harian yang cukup tinggi pada 2026.

Indonesia menempati posisi kedelapan dalam daftar negara dengan tingkat stres kerja harian tertinggi di Asia Tenggara. Sebanyak 14 persen pekerja di Indonesia mengaku mengalami stres setiap hari di tempat kerja.

Angka tersebut membuat Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara dengan tingkat stres kerja terendah di kawasan ASEAN. Indonesia hanya berada satu tingkat di atas Vietnam yang mencatat persentase paling rendah, yakni 13 persen.

Data tersebut bersumber dari Gallup's State of the Global Workplace Report, yang mengukur persentase pekerja yang melaporkan mengalami stres dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Filipina tercatat sebagai negara dengan tingkat stres kerja harian tertinggi di Asia Tenggara. Sebanyak 50 persen pekerja di negara tersebut melaporkan mengalami stres setiap hari.

Singapura berada di posisi kedua dengan persentase 43 persen, disusul Kamboja sebesar 34 persen. Sementara itu, Myanmar dan Laos melengkapi lima besar dengan angka masing-masing 30 persen dan 26 persen.

Thailand menempati posisi keenam dengan tingkat stres kerja 25 persen, sedangkan Malaysia berada di urutan ketujuh dengan 20 persen.

Berdasarkan data Seasia Stats yang dikutip pada Jumat (17/7/2026), perbedaan tingkat stres kerja antarnegara ASEAN cukup terlihat. Beberapa faktor seperti tekanan pekerjaan, tuntutan produktivitas, serta kondisi lingkungan kerja dapat memengaruhi tingkat stres yang dialami pekerja.

Berikut daftar negara ASEAN dengan tingkat stres kerja harian tertinggi pada 2026:

1. Filipina – 50 persen

Filipina menjadi negara dengan tingkat stres kerja harian tertinggi di ASEAN. Sebanyak 50 persen pekerja melaporkan mengalami stres setiap hari.

2. Singapura – 43 persen

Singapura berada di posisi kedua dengan tingkat stres kerja sebesar 43 persen. Tingginya tuntutan pekerjaan dan ritme kerja yang cepat menjadi salah satu tantangan bagi pekerja di negara tersebut.

3. Kamboja – 34 persen

Kamboja menempati posisi ketiga dengan tingkat stres kerja harian mencapai 34 persen.

4. Myanmar – 30 persen

Myanmar berada di urutan keempat dengan persentase pekerja yang mengalami stres kerja harian sebesar 30 persen.

5. Laos – 26 persen

Laos mencatat tingkat stres kerja sebesar 26 persen dan menempati posisi kelima.

6. Thailand – 25 persen

Thailand berada di urutan keenam dengan tingkat stres kerja harian sebesar 25 persen.

7. Malaysia – 20 persen

Malaysia menempati posisi ketujuh dengan persentase stres kerja sebesar 20 persen.

8. Indonesia – 14 persen

Indonesia berada di posisi kedelapan. Sebanyak 14 persen pekerja di Indonesia melaporkan mengalami stres setiap hari di tempat kerja.

9. Vietnam – 13 persen

Vietnam menjadi negara dengan tingkat stres kerja harian terendah dalam daftar tersebut, yakni sebesar 13 persen.

Meski Indonesia berada di bawah sejumlah negara ASEAN lainnya, isu stres kerja tetap menjadi perhatian. Pengelolaan beban kerja, keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi, serta terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang sehat menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga kesejahteraan pekerja.

Data mengenai tingkat stres kerja ini dapat menjadi gambaran kondisi pekerja di kawasan Asia Tenggara sekaligus bahan evaluasi bagi berbagai pihak untuk menciptakan dunia kerja yang lebih baik.
