JATIMTIMES - Penampilan mantan Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) Febrie Adriansyah saat resmi ditahan Kejaksaan Agung menjadi sorotan publik. Berbeda dengan tahanan kasus korupsi pada umumnya, Febrie digiring menuju rumah tahanan tanpa mengenakan rompi tahanan berwarna merah muda maupun borgol di tangannya.

Momen tersebut terjadi usai Febrie menjalani pemeriksaan di gedung Kejaksaan Agung, Jakarta, Jumat (24/7/2026) malam. Selain tanpa rompi dan borgol, ia juga mendapat pengawalan ketat saat meninggalkan gedung pemeriksaan di tengah sorotan kamera awak media.

Lantas, apakah penahanan tanpa rompi dan borgol diperbolehkan?

Koordinator Tim 9 sekaligus Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Pengawasan (Jamwas) Rudi Margono menjelaskan, tidak dipasangkannya rompi tahanan kepada Febrie bukan karena perlakuan khusus. Menurut dia, petugas terburu-buru melakukan  pemindahan lantaran waktu sudah larut malam.

"Kalau masalah rompi tadi mohon maaf, karena buru-buru juga sudah malam ya," kata Rudi Margono, dikutip Sabtu (25/7/2026). 

Apakah Wajib Memakai Rompi dan Borgol?

Hingga kini, tidak ada ketentuan dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP) yang mewajibkan setiap tersangka harus mengenakan rompi tahanan atau borgol saat dipindahkan maupun diperlihatkan kepada publik.

Rompi tahanan pada umumnya merupakan bagian dari prosedur internal (SOP) masing-masing institusi penegak hukum, seperti Kejaksaan Agung, KPK, maupun Polri. Demikian pula penggunaan borgol, yang dilakukan berdasarkan pertimbangan keamanan dan tingkat risiko tahanan.

Terkait Kasus yang Menjerat Febrie

Dalam perkara ini, Kejaksaan Agung menerima pelimpahan dua tersangka dari Polda Metro Jaya, yakni Febrie Adriansyah dan pihak swasta Don Ritto.

Penyidik juga menerbitkan tiga surat perintah penyidikan (sprindik) baru yang berkaitan dengan dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dan tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU), meliputi perkara PT Krakatau Steel, pengadaan batu bara untuk PLTU PLN yang disebut mengakibatkan pemadaman listrik (blackout), serta perkara ASABRI.

Sebelumnya, penyidik menemukan sejumlah barang bukti bernilai fantastis dalam penggeledahan di beberapa lokasi. Di sebuah brankas yang ditemukan di sebuah kafe di Jakarta, polisi menyita uang tunai dalam mata uang rupiah, dolar Singapura, dan dolar AS dengan total sekitar Rp60 miliar.

Sementara dari penggeledahan sebuah rumah di kawasan Sentul, penyidik menemukan 74 kilogram emas batangan serta uang tunai dalam berbagai mata uang dengan estimasi nilai mencapai sekitar Rp476 miliar.
