JATIMTIMES - Baru-baru ini muncul trending tarif BPJS Kesehatan 2025. Banyak warganet yang mencaritahu tarif terbaru dari program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) tersebut. 

Pemerintah memastikan tarif BPJS Kesehatan 2025 masih belum mengalami perubahan. Artinya, iuran untuk peserta kelas peserta mandiri, pekerja penerima upah, maupun penerima bantuan iuran tetap sama seperti tahun sebelumnya.

Ketentuan tarif BPJS Kesehatan saat ini masih mengacu pada Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) Nomor 64 Tahun 2020 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas Perpres Nomor 82 Tahun 2018 mengenai Jaminan Kesehatan.

Pemerintah baru akan melakukan penyesuaian atau kenaikan iuran pada tahun 2026, sebagaimana tercantum dalam Buku II Nota Keuangan RAPBN 2026. Artinya, hingga akhir 2025, iuran BPJS masih tetap dengan nominal lama. Berikut JatimTIMES rangkum rincian iuran tarif untuk peserta mandiri, Pekerja Penerima Upah (PPU) dan Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI).

Iuran BPJS Kesehatan Kelas 1, 2, dan 3 (Peserta Mandiri)

Peserta mandiri atau Peserta Bukan Penerima Upah (PBPU) merupakan individu yang bekerja secara mandiri, seperti wiraswasta, pekerja lepas, hingga profesi profesional. Peserta dapat memilih kelas perawatan sesuai kemampuan finansial.

Berikut rincian iuran BPJS Kesehatan untuk peserta mandiri:

• Kelas I: Rp150.000 per orang per bulan

• Kelas II: Rp100.000 per orang per bulan

• Kelas III: Rp42.000 per orang per bulan, dengan rincian Rp35.000 dibayar peserta dan Rp7.000 disubsidi pemerintah.

Iuran untuk Pekerja Penerima Upah (PPU)

Peserta dari golongan Pekerja Penerima Upah (PPU) mencakup pegawai negeri sipil (PNS), anggota TNI/Polri, karyawan BUMN/BUMD, hingga pekerja di perusahaan swasta.

Skema iuran untuk kategori ini sebesar 5% dari gaji bulanan, dengan pembagian:

• 4% ditanggung pemberi kerja

• 1% ditanggung pekerja

Perhitungan iuran berlaku hingga batas maksimal gaji Rp12 juta per bulan.

Sementara untuk anggota keluarga tambahan seperti anak keempat dan seterusnya, serta orang tua atau mertua, dikenakan iuran sebesar 1% dari gaji per orang per bulan, yang dibayar langsung oleh peserta PPU.

Iuran untuk Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI)

Bagi masyarakat yang tergolong kurang mampu, pemerintah menanggung iuran penuh melalui skema Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI).

Besaran iuran PBI adalah Rp42.000 per orang per bulan, dan seluruhnya dibiayai oleh APBN atau APBD. Peserta PBI berhak atas pelayanan kesehatan yang sama dengan peserta lainnya, dengan fasilitas perawatan di kelas III.

Demikian penjelasan terkait tarif BPJS Kesehatan terbaru 2025. Dengan belum adanya kebijakan baru, iuran BPJS Kesehatan Oktober 2025 tetap mengacu pada tarif lama. Pemerintah memastikan tarif saat ini masih berlaku hingga akhir tahun.

Rencana penyesuaian tarif baru akan diterapkan mulai 2026, namun belum ada informasi resmi mengenai berapa besaran iuran yang akan diberlakukan.
